Claims (12)
- 耐荷立体骨組ロッドの立体骨組構造を有する実質的に平面のコアパネルと、
前記コアパネルの前面に装着されたカバーパネルであって、
前記コアパネルの外側形状に対応する外側形状を有し、少なくとも1つの切り抜き開口を含む保護カバーと、
前記保護カバーに装着され、前記少なくとも1つの切り抜き開口を覆っている少なくとも1つの布地パネルと
を備えており、前記少なくとも1つの布地パネルは、前記コアパネルと前記保護カバーとの間に挟み込まれている、カバーパネルと
を備えている、航空機構造要素。 - 前記少なくとも1つの布地パネルは、面ファスナーにより前記保護カバーに留められている、請求項1に記載の航空機構造要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの布地パネルは、前記少なくとも1つの切り抜き開口の外側形状に合致した外側形状を有している、請求項1又は2に記載の航空機構造要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの布地パネルは、前記少なくとも1つの切り抜き開口のサイズよりもサイズが大きく、かつ、前記少なくとも1つの切り抜き開口の縁に、前記保護カバーに留められている留めフランジ部分を備えている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の航空機構造要素。
- 異なる外側形状の複数の切り抜き開口を備えている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の航空機構造要素。
- 前記カバーパネルは、前記カバーパネルを前記コアパネルに留めるための留め部材を受容するのに適合した複数の穿孔をさらに備えている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の航空機構造要素。
- 前記保護カバーは、繊維強化ポリマー材料を備えている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の航空機構造要素。
- 前記保護カバーは、ガラス繊維強化ポリマー(GFRP)材料、天然繊維強化ポリマー(NFRP)材料及び炭素繊維強化ポリマー(CFRP)材料のうち1つを備えている、請求項7に記載の航空機構造要素。
- 前記カバーパネルは、前記少なくとも1つの切り抜き開口の内縁の周りに形成されたリムプロテクタをさらに備えている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の航空機構造要素。
- 前記リムプロテクタは、付加製造(AM)プロセスにて製造されたU字形の細長い外郭部材を備えている、請求項9に記載の航空機構造要素。
- 前記航空機構造要素は、航空機における客室のパーティション要素である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の航空機構造要素。
- 前記カバーパネル及び前記コアパネルに装着された壁付けの客室乗務員用シートベンチを備えた取付けパネルをさらに備えている、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の航空機構造要素。
