Claims (8)
- 低圧室(4)と駆動装置(5)とを有し、該駆動装置によって作動時に前記低圧室(4)で圧力脈動が生成されるポンプ(1)、特に燃料噴射装置のための高圧ポンプ(1)において、
一方では少なくとも間接的に前記低圧室(4)と接続されるとともに他方では作動時に前記低圧室(4)の圧力(p1)を下回る低圧レベル(25)に接続された少なくとも1つの減衰装置(30)が設けられており、前記減衰装置(30)は、一方では前記低圧室(4)の圧力(p1)によりばね力に抗して付勢されるとともに他方ではピストンボア(33)の中で蒸気室(34)を区切る、ピストンボア(33)の中でスライド可能なピストン(32)と、前記蒸気室(34)を少なくとも部分的に前記低圧レベル(25)と接続する負荷軽減装置(37)とを有していて、
前記負荷軽減装置(37)は一方では少なくとも間接的に前記蒸気室(34)および他方では少なくとも間接的に前記低圧レベル(25)と接続された、前記低圧レベル(25)に向かって開く逆止弁(38)を有しており、および/または、前記負荷軽減装置(37)は前記蒸気室(34)を少なくとも間接的に前記低圧レベル(25)と接続するスロットル(51)を有していて、
前記スロットル(51)の絞り作用は、圧力脈動によって引き起こされてばね力による前記ピストン(32)の位置調節を可能にする前記低圧室(4)での圧力低下が起こったときに、圧力脈動で引き起こされる前記低圧室(4)での後続する圧力上昇によって行われる前記ピストン(32)の復帰まで、前記蒸気室(34)の中で蒸気容積を一時的に生成可能である程度の強さに設定されている
ことを特徴とするポンプ。 - 前記負荷軽減装置(37)の前記スロットル(51)は前記ピストンボア(33)へ半径方向に連通している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンプ。 - 前記ピストンボア(33)の中に閉止部材(48)が配置されており、前記蒸気室(34)は前記ピストン(32)と前記ピストンボア(33)の前記閉止部材(48)との間に構成されており、前記負荷軽減装置(37)の前記スロットル(51)は前記閉止部材(48)に組み込まれている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンプ。 - 前記ピストンボア(33)はハウジング(46)の中に配置されており、前記ピストンボア(33)の蒸気室(34)に連通する通路(50)が前記ハウジング(46)に構成されており、前記逆止弁(38)は前記通路(50)の中に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ。 - 前記ピストンボア(33)の中に閉止部材(48)が配置されており、前記蒸気室(34)は前記ピストン(32)と前記ピストンボア(33)の前記閉止部材(48)との間に構成されており、前記逆止弁(38)は前記閉止部材(48)に組み込まれている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ。 - 前記蒸気室(34)には前記ピストン(32)をばね力で付勢するばね部材(36)が配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ。 - 前記低圧室(4)は駆動機構室(4)として構成されており、前記駆動装置(5)は少なくとも部分的に前記駆動機構室(4)として構成された前記低圧室(4)の中に配置されており、および/または前記低圧室(4)を介して少なくとも間接的にポンプ作業室(14)へと流体を案内可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ。 - 前記ピストン(32)は、前記ピストン(32)と前記ピストンボア(33)との間で前記低圧室(4)から前記蒸気室(34)への漏れ流が可能となるように、前記ピストンボア(33)の中で案内されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ。
