背景技术
内燃发动机的汽油燃料喷射系统具有泵,在该泵中,在泵送孔中往复运动的活塞改变压缩室的容积来使汽油增压。为了防止泵下游过压(例如,在热浸或没有喷射的测试期间),所述泵设置有减压阀(pressure relief valve,此后称为PRV),以使燃料能够流回压缩室。
PRV包括使锥形座上的球偏置弹簧,在该锥形座的中心处开有溢流孔。PRV是常闭的,并且仅在由球上的压力产生的开启力胜过弹簧闭合力时才打开,所述开启力是预定的开启阈值压力和溢流孔直径的函数。
随着时间的推移,提升的发动机效率驱使增加工作压力并减小泵尺寸,所述相反的要求推动了设置横向于泵送孔的PRV,而由于具有很大的压力和较小的PRV开启力,这需要小的溢流孔和长的小直径弹簧。随着所述发动机效率的提高,这种妥协不再是可接受的。
发明内容

所述插塞构件可以设有内部流体连通部,所述内部流体连通部在所述阀座的中心与所述插塞构件的外面上挖出的中空部的底部之间延伸。
所述插塞构件可以是具有如下圆柱形外周面的圆柱体,所述圆柱形外周面在限定所述阀座的横向圆形内端面与相反的横向圆形外端面之间延伸,并且其中,所述中空部是由在所述外周面中挖出的环形凹槽限定的。

具体实施方式
内燃发动机的汽油直喷设备包括泵10,该泵在将汽油输送至高压容器之前使汽油增压,该高压容器公知为存储所述燃料并将所述燃料分配给喷射器的共轨(common rail)。
泵10包括增压单元12,在该增压单元上设置有阻尼器14。在阻尼器中设置有低压入口16,并且在增压单元12中设置有高压出口18。
阻尼器14被容纳在圆筒形罐中,该圆筒形罐设置有用于设置入口16的孔。在所述壳体的内部设置有扁平的可变形囊体(或者几个可变形囊体,图中未示出),该可变形囊体变形并对在低压回路中传播的流体波进行阻尼。
增压单元12具有主体12B,主体12B具有顶面12T和外周面12P,所述阻尼器14被固定在所述顶面上。所述主体12B设有泵送孔22,所述泵送孔沿泵送轴线Z1延伸并且在限定了压缩室24的盲端与增压单元12的底侧中的开口之间延伸。
在所述孔22中,活塞26被引导进行改变所述压缩室24的容积的往复位移,并且在所述压缩室24中,开通有由入口阀30控制的入口管28和由出口止回阀32控制的所述出口管18,所述出口18从增压单元12的外周面12P起延伸。
所述止回阀32包括闭合杯状壳体的阀座构件,在止回阀的内部,弹簧将球或另一阀构件偏置,以闭合设置在所述阀座构件中的中心钻孔。阀座构件被设置成靠近压缩室24,并且壳体在出口管18中延伸,由此在所述室24与出口管18之间形成出口受控的流体连通部。
当活塞26向着上止点位置(TDC)移动时,压缩室24中的压力上升,并且在压力达到第一阈值P1时,该压力将球推离阀座,从而打开所述出口流体连通部,使燃料能够从压缩室排出、流过阀座的钻孔、绕过所述球然后穿过壳体的孔、最后到达出口管18。
泵10还包括减压阀34(此后称为PRV),该减压阀是另一个止回阀,其沿与出口止回阀32相反的方向对压缩室24与出口管18之间的另一流体连通部进行控制。PRV 34是常闭的并且仅在出口管18中的压力超过高于第一阈值P1的第二阈值P2时才打开,以使得来自出口管18的返回流能够返回至压缩室24。
在正常使用中,PRV 34保持关闭,并且出口管18中的燃料被增压至第一阈值P1与第二阈值P2之间的水平,但是例如在热浸期间,如果发动机的热量缓慢扩散并加热出口管18中剩余的增压燃料,所述燃料的压力升高,为了防止损坏PRV 34,当所述压力达到第二阈值P2时PRV打开,从而使燃料能够从出口管18返回压缩室24,然后降低出口管18中的压力。
更详细地,所述PRV 34被容纳在圆筒形的PRV室36中,该圆筒形的PRV室沿着PRV轴线Z2延伸,该PRV轴线Z2平行于泵送轴线Z1并且相对于泵送轴线Z1偏移,并且所述PRV室36是在增压单元的主体12B中钻出的,所述PRV室平行于泵送孔22,PRV室36和泵送孔22由厚度为T37的壁37隔开。

一旦插塞构件44被设置在PRV室36中,该插塞构件就通过使外面的上部46U和下部46L以过盈方式抵靠PRV室的壁进行压配合而密封地闭合所述室的开口36O。凹槽52限定了围绕插塞构件的环形空隙,并且PRV入口通道38通向所述环形空隙。
如图所示,弹性阀构件42被设置在PRV室中,被压缩在PRV室的底端36B与所述插塞构件44之间的弹簧42S推动球42B抵靠阀座56。
然后,在出口管18与压缩室24之间限定了受控的返回流体连通部,所述连通部包括PRV入口通道38、凹槽52的空隙、轴向钻孔54和横向钻孔58、PRV室36以及PRV出口通道40。
可以选择其它布置,例如,在插塞构件外面中挖出的非围绕局部中空部可以代替所述凹槽,PRV入口通向所述中空部。这可能需要将插塞构件在PRV室中进行角定向(angular orientation),但仍将限定所述返回流体连通部。可以用其它钻孔来代替轴向钻孔54和横向钻孔58,最终仅在插塞构件中成角度地钻出一个钻孔。
根据阀座56的直径和弹簧42S的刚度来计算为打开PRV 34所需的第二压力阈值P2。实际上,较小的阀座直径限制了球的表面,压力施加在该表面上,进而限制了所需的弹簧刚度。
由于PRV 34平行于泵送孔22的这种布置,与已知的泵相比,减少了泵10的封装。实际上,由于泵送孔的直径D22、PRV室的直径D34以及将泵送孔与PRV室分隔开的壁37的厚度T37的驱使,减小了增压单元的主体12B的外部尺寸。

Claims (6)
