Description
Claims (11)
- 注射液が充填されるアンプルに連結されて、前記アンプル内の前記注射液を加圧するプランジャーと、
前記プランジャーの一側に連結され、前記プランジャーを手動で加圧するプランジャー手動ハンドルと、
前記プランジャーに隣接した位置で前記プランジャーと選択的に連結され、動力によって前記プランジャーを自動で加圧するプランジャー自動加圧ユニットと、
を含み、
前記プランジャー自動加圧ユニットは、
前記プランジャーを加圧させるための動力を提供するプランジャー駆動部と、
ギア方式によって前記プランジャーと選択的に連結または連結解除される連結ギア部と、
前記連結ギア部を作動させるギア作動部と、
を含み、
前記連結ギア部は、
前記プランジャー駆動部に結合されるウォームギアと、
前記プランジャーの外面に形成されて、前記ウォームギアに噛み合うラックギアと、
を含み、
前記プランジャー自動加圧ユニットは、
前記プランジャー駆動部と前記ウォームギアを一体に支持するユニットケーシングをさらに含み、
前記ギア作動部は、
一方向に摺動加圧される時、前記ウォームギアが、前記ラックギアに噛み合うように前記ユニットケーシングを動作させるプッシャーと、
前記ユニットケーシングに連結され、前記ウォームギアが、前記ラックギアから噛み合い解除される方向に付勢される弾性部材と、
を含むことを特徴とする薬液注入装置。 - 前記ユニットケーシングは、前記プッシャーと対面する一面に前記プッシャーの摺動方向に沿って傾斜して設けられる傾斜接触部が形成され、
前記プッシャーは、
前記傾斜接触部に沿って摺動されながら、前記ユニットケーシングを加圧する加圧部材と、
前記加圧部材にピン連結されるプッシャースイッチと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬液注入装置。 - 前記ユニットケーシングには、前記ウォームギアが露出されるウォームギア露出用切り取り部がさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記プランジャーが通過しながらガイドされるプランジャートンネル部を備え、前記ユニットケーシングと折畳可能に結合されるプランジャーガイドボディーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記プランジャートンネル部には、前記ラックギアが露出されるラックギア露出用切り取り部がさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記プランジャーガイドボディーの外壁面に突設されるブラケットに収容されて、前記プランジャー駆動部に電源を供給する電源供給部をさらに含み、
前記電源供給部は、
電源を供給する少なくとも1つの充電用バッテリと、
前記少なくとも1つの充電用バッテリを有線または無線で充電させるコンプライアンスモジュールと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の薬液注入装置。 - 前記プランジャーガイドボディーと前記プランジャー自動加圧ユニットの外側で前記プランジャーガイドボディーと前記プランジャー自動加圧ユニットを保護する保護ケーシングをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記プランジャー手動ハンドルは、
前記保護ケーシングの外壁に閉ループ状になるように結合され、前記プランジャーの移動方向に沿って前記プランジャーが通過する通過孔が設けられるハンドル把持部と、
前記通過孔を通じて前記プランジャーの一端部と連結されて、前記プランジャーを加圧するプランジャー加圧部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の薬液注入装置。 - 前記保護ケーシングの外壁には、前記ハンドル把持部が挿設される挿入溝が形成され、前記ハンドル把持部には、前記挿入溝に挿設される挿入突起が設けられることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の薬液注入装置。
- 前記注射液が充填されるアンプルが内部に収容され、前記保護ケーシング内部に挿入されるアンプルホルダー部をさらに含み、
前記アンプルホルダー部は、
前記注射液が充填されるアンプルが内部に収容されるアンプル収容部と、
前記アンプル収容部に結合されるニードルホルダーと、
前記ニードルホルダーに結合される体内注入用ニードルと、を含み、
前記アンプル収容部は、
前記アンプル収容部の末端部に隣接した位置で円周方向に沿って突設された少なくとも1つの係止突起が設けられ、前記アンプル収容部が回転すれば、前記係止突起が、前記保護ケーシングに形成された干渉壁体に干渉されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の薬液注入装置。 - 前記保護ケーシングは、
上部ケーシングと、
前記上部ケーシングと互いに組み立てられる下部ケーシングと、を含み、
前記上部ケーシングと前記下部ケーシングの前端部外側には、周り方向に沿って突設された突出部が設けられ、
前記上部ケーシングと下部ケーシングをクランピングするクランピングキャップをさらに含み、
前記クランピングキャップの内側には、前記突出部が係合されるように周り方向に沿って陥没形成された溝部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の薬液注入装置。
