Claims (21)
- 正極と、第1セパレータと、負極と、第2セパレータとが順次に積層された電極組立体を備え、
前記第1セパレータは、前記正極と対面する第1面と、前記負極と対面する第2面とを有する第1基材を含み、
前記第2セパレータは、前記負極と対面する第3面と、前記正極と対面する第4面とを有する第2基材を含み、
有機物を含む有機層は、前記第1面および前記第2面のうちの少なくとも一つの上に、または前記第3面および前記第4面のうちの少なくとも一つの上に設けられており、
無機物を含む無機層は、前記第2面および前記第3面のうちの少なくとも一つの上に設けられており、
前記第1セパレータ及び前記第2セパレータのうち何れか一方が接着力を有し、
前記第1セパレータ及び前記第2セパレータのうち何れか一方が接着力を有さない、リチウム二次電池。 - 前記有機層は、前記第3面および前記第4面のうちの少なくとも一つに位置し、
前記無機層は、前記第3面に位置する、
請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記有機層は、前記第3面および前記第4面のうちの少なくとも一つに位置し、

- 前記第1基材および前記第2基材は、それぞれ6から25μmの範囲内の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記有機物は、ポリオレフィン、ポリオレフィン誘導体、ポリオレフィンワックス、アクリル系高分子およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択されたものを含む粒子である、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記有機物の重量平均分子量は、300から10,000g/molの範囲内である、請求項9に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記粒子の大きさは、100nmから5μmの範囲内である、請求項9に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記有機層が前記第1面および前記第2面のうちの少なくとも一つに位置する場合、前記有機物は前記第1基材100重量部に対して1から80重量部の範囲内で含まれ、
前記有機層が前記第3面および前記第4面のうちの少なくとも一つに位置する場合、前記有機物は前記第2基材100重量部に対して1から80重量部の範囲内で含まれる、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記有機層の厚さは、1から6μmの範囲内である、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記有機層は、前記有機物と異なるバインダーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記バインダーは、スチレン−ブタジエンゴム(SBR)、カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)、ポリビニリデンフルオライド(PVdF)、ポリビニリデンフルオライド−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(PVdF−HFP)共重合体、エチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース(HEC)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチレン−アクリル酸共重合体、ポリアクリロニトリル、酢酸ビニル誘導体、ポリエチレングリコール、アクリル系ゴムおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択されたものを含む、請求項14に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記無機物は、SiO2、Al2O3、Al(OH)3、AlO(OH)、TiO2、BaTiO3、ZnO2、Mg(OH)2、MgO、Ti(OH)4、ZrO2、アルミニウムナイトライド、シリコンカーバイド、ボロンナイトライドおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択されたものを含む、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記無機物は、0.1から5μmの範囲内の大きさを有する粒子を含む、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記無機層が前記第1面および前記第2面のうちの少なくとも一つに位置する場合、前記無機物は前記第1基材100重量部に対して20から200重量部の範囲内で含まれ、
前記無機層が前記第3面および前記第4面のうちの少なくとも一つに位置する場合、前記無機物は前記第2基材100重量部に対して20から200重量部の範囲内で含まれる、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記無機層の厚さは、0.5から7μmの範囲内である、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記無機層は、バインダーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記バインダーは、スチレン−ブタジエンゴム(SBR)、カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)、ポリビニリデンフルオライド(PVdF)、ポリビニリデンフルオライド−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(PVdF−HFP)共重合体、エチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース(HEC)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチレン−アクリル酸共重合体、ポリアクリロニトリル、酢酸ビニル誘導体、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリアクリル系ゴムおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択されたものを含む、請求項20に記載のリチウム二次電池。
