Description
前記抗菌剤は、クマザサエキスを含む抗菌剤。
クマザサの乾燥葉を、撹拌手段及び水蒸気注入手段を備える圧力容器に入れた。圧力容器内の圧力を1.45MPa〜1.96MPaに設定し、圧力容器の上部温度及び下部温度を130℃〜210℃に保持した。圧力容器内を撹拌しながら、水蒸気注入手段から水蒸気を圧力容器内に注入した。クマザサの桿部や葉部が加水分解し、クマザサの桿部や葉部が原液又は粉末になるまで、約20分間、圧力処理を行った。圧力容器から排出された生成物を遠心分離してクマザサエキス原液を回収し、該原液を珪藻土ろ過し、次いで、固形分50.0質量%となるまで減圧濃縮し、クマザサエキス(Brix(糖度)50%)を得た。
クマザサエキスや公知の抗菌剤(ゲンタマイシン及びシプロフロキサシン)が、緑膿菌に対して抗菌活性を示すかについて検討した。該検討においては、緑膿菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)ATCC27853を使用した。
増量的継代法に基づき、クマザサエキスが、クマザサエキスに対する黄色ブドウ球菌の耐性を誘導するかについて検討した。該検討においては、黄色ブドウ球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)ATCC25923を使用した。
クマザサエキスが、黄色ブドウ球菌の増殖曲線に及ぼす影響を検討した。該検討においては、黄色ブドウ球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)ATCC25923を使用した。
クマザサエキスが、大腸菌の増殖曲線に及ぼす影響を検討した。該検討においては、大腸菌(Escherichia coli)ATCC25922を使用した。
Claims (3)
- 緑膿菌、及び黄色ブドウ球菌からなる群から選択される1種以上の病原菌におけるクマザサエキスに対する耐性の獲得を抑制するための抗菌剤であり、
前記抗菌剤は、クマザサエキスを含み、
前記抗菌剤は、褥瘡治療に用いられ、
前記抗菌剤の剤型は、経口投与形態、又は、注射剤、クリーム、軟膏、及び座薬からなる群から選択される非経口投与形態のいずれかであり、
前記抗菌剤は、複数回投与するものである、抗菌剤。 - 前記複数回投与において、後の投与における抗菌剤の投与量と、先の投与における抗菌剤の投与量との差が、先の投与における抗菌剤の投与量の20.0質量%以下であることを含む請求項1に記載の抗菌剤。
- 前記抗菌剤中のクマザサエキスの濃度は、前記抗菌剤全体に対して、固形分で1.00〜50.0質量%である請求項1又は2に記載の抗菌剤。
