Description
Claims (10)
- ヘッドカバーシート、負電極ポール、導電シート及び逆転シートを備え、前記導電シートが前記負電極ポールに電気的に接続され、前記負電極ポールが前記ヘッドカバーシートに絶縁的に装着されている動力電池のヘッドカバー構造であって、
前記逆転シートは、溶接部、中実構造の凸台及び前記溶接部と前記凸台との間に位置する接続部を備え、前記溶接部、前記凸台、及び、前記接続部は一体構造とされており、
前記凸台は、前記導電シート側に突出するものであって、前記接続部の中央位置に設置され、前記凸台の上表面は平面であり、
前記溶接部は前記接続部の外縁に設置され、
前記溶接部は前記ヘッドカバーシートに電気的に接続され、
動力電池が正常に動作するときに前記凸台は前記導電シートと接触しておらず、動力電池の内部圧力が増大するときに、前記逆転シートが前記動力電池の内部の圧力を受けて上方へ動作し、前記凸台の上表面を前記導電シートと接触させることができ、
前記接続部の厚さは内側から外側への方向に徐々に減少され、
前記凸台の厚さは前記接続部の厚さより大きいことを特徴とする動力電池のヘッドカバー構造。 - 前記凸台は円柱体構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力電池のヘッドカバー構造。
- 前記ヘッドカバーにおいて、逆転シート接続孔が設置され、前記導電シートが前記逆転シート接続孔の上方まで延びて、前記逆転シートが前記逆転シート接続孔に設置され、前記溶接部が前記逆転シート接続孔の内壁と密封溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力電池のヘッドカバー構造。
- 前記逆転シート接続孔の端部縁に一回りの凹台が設置され、前記溶接部は前記凹台に設置されているとともに、前記凹台の側壁と密封溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の動力電池のヘッドカバー構造。
- 前記凹台は前記逆転シート接続孔の下端部に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の動力電池のヘッドカバー構造。
- 前記溶接部は前記ヘッドカバーの下表面と表面がそろっていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の動力電池のヘッドカバー構造。
- 前記凹台は前記逆転シート接続孔の先端部に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の動力電池のヘッドカバー構造。
- 前記溶接部は前記ヘッドカバーの上表面と表面がそろっていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の動力電池のヘッドカバー構造。
- 前記溶接部の上表面及び下表面はいずれも平面であることを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項8に記載の動力電池のヘッドカバー構造。
- 請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか一つに記載の動力電池のヘッドカバー構造を用いることを特徴とする動力電池。
