美的評価については、5人の官能試験員がそれぞれのパネル試験に参加する。官能試験員の前腕を、Skin−Markerで3cm×4cmの部位に印をつける。官能試験員は、試料が均一に広がるまで人さし指および中指で円を描くように生成物を均一に伸ばす。べとつき点数(Tackiness Score)は、最もべとつく(5)から最もべとつかない(1)の範囲である。次いでそれぞれの実施例試料を官能試験員によって評価し、それらの点数を記録し、平均を求め、表5に報告した。
Claims (8)
- (a)(i)ポリマーの重量に基づいて、重量で75%から35%の、C1〜C4の(メタ)アクリル酸エステル、(メタ)アクリル酸、スチレン、および置換されたスチレンから選択される1種または複数のモノマー、および
(ii)前記ポリマーの重量に基づいて、重量で25%から65%の、アルキル鎖長がC8からC22の疎水的に置換された(メタ)アクリル酸エステルモノマーを含む、1種または複数の疎水性のモノマー、
を重合単位として含むポリマー、ならびに、
(i)ポリマーの重量に基づいて、重量で75%から35%の、C1〜C4の(メタ)アクリル酸エステル、(メタ)アクリル酸、スチレン、および置換されたスチレンから選択される1種または複数のモノマー、および
(ii)前記ポリマーの重量に基づいて、重量で25%から65%の、アルキル鎖長がC8からC22の疎水的に置換された(メタ)アクリル酸エステルモノマーを含む、1種または複数の疎水性のモノマー、ならびに
(iii)架橋剤、

(ii)前記ポリマーの重量に基づいて、重量で25%から65%の、アルキル鎖長がC8からC22の疎水的に置換された(メタ)アクリル酸エステルモノマーを含む、1種または複数の疎水性のモノマー、ならびに
(iii)架橋剤、
を重合単位として含むポリマー、
からなる群より選択される1種または複数のポリマーであって、前記(a)ポリマーが一段式において形成されている場合は、前記(ii)1種または複数の疎水性のモノマーはアクリル酸エチルヘキシルを含み、
前記(a)ポリマーが一段式において形成されている場合は、前記(a)ポリマーは下記モノマーを重合単位として含まず、
前記(a)ポリマーが二段階反応において形成されている場合は、前記(a)ポリマーは下記モノマーを重合単位として含まない、1種または複数のポリマー、
R 2 及びX’R 3 は同じ環、又は互いに異なる環に存在しており;
R 2 及びR 3 は互いに独立して、水素原子、ハロゲン、又はO、N、P、Si及びSから選択される一又は複数のヘテロ原子が挿入されていてもよく;及び/又は=O、OH、NH 2 及びハロゲン原子から選択される一又は複数の基で置換されていてもよい;1〜30の炭素原子を有する直鎖状、分枝状及び/又は環状で飽和及び/又は不飽和の炭素ベース基を表し;
X及びX’は互いに独立して、R 4 がO、N、P、Si及びSから選択される一又は複数のヘテロ原子が挿入されていてもよく;及び/又は=O、OH、NH 2 及びハロゲン原子から選択される一又は複数の基で置換されていてもよい、1〜30の炭素原子を有する直鎖状、分枝状及び/又は環状で飽和及び/又は不飽和の炭素ベース基を表す−NR 4 −、−NH−、−SO 2 −、−SO−、−S−又は−O−基を表し;
pは0又は1に等しく、
Gは、O、N、P、Si及びSから選択される一又は複数のヘテロ原子が挿入されていてもよく;及び/又は=O、OH、NH 2 及びハロゲン原子から選択される一又は複数の基で置換されていてもよい、1〜30の炭素原子を有する直鎖状、分枝状及び/又は環状で飽和及び/又は不飽和の二価の炭素ベース基であり;

(b)少なくとも1種のサンケア活性物質、
を含むパーソナルケア組成物。 - (a)(i)ポリマーの重量に基づいて、重量で75%から35%の、C1〜C4の(メタ)アクリル酸エステル、(メタ)アクリル酸、スチレン、および置換されたスチレンから選択される1種または複数のモノマー、および
(ii)前記ポリマーの重量に基づいて、重量で25%から65%の、アルキル鎖長がC8からC22の疎水的に置換された(メタ)アクリル酸エステルモノマーを含む、1種または複数の疎水性のモノマー、ならびに
(iii)架橋剤、
を重合単位として含むポリマーからなる群より選択される1種または複数のポリマーであって、前記ポリマーは、二段階反応において形成され、ただし、前記(a)ポリマーは下記モノマーを重合単位として含まない、1種または複数のポリマー、
R 2 及びX’R 3 は同じ環、又は互いに異なる環に存在しており;
R 2 及びR 3 は互いに独立して、水素原子、ハロゲン、又はO、N、P、Si及びSから選択される一又は複数のヘテロ原子が挿入されていてもよく;及び/又は=O、OH、NH 2 及びハロゲン原子から選択される一又は複数の基で置換されていてもよい;1〜30の炭素原子を有する直鎖状、分枝状及び/又は環状で飽和及び/又は不飽和の炭素ベース基を表し;

pは0又は1に等しく、
Gは、O、N、P、Si及びSから選択される一又は複数のヘテロ原子が挿入されていてもよく;及び/又は=O、OH、NH 2 及びハロゲン原子から選択される一又は複数の基で置換されていてもよい、1〜30の炭素原子を有する直鎖状、分枝状及び/又は環状で飽和及び/又は不飽和の二価の炭素ベース基であり;

(i)ポリマーの重量に基づいて、重量で75%から35%の、C1〜C4の(メタ)アクリル酸エステル、(メタ)アクリル酸、スチレン、および置換されたスチレンから選択される1種または複数のモノマー、および
(ii)前記ポリマーの重量に基づいて、重量で25%から65%の、アルキル鎖長がC8からC22の疎水的に置換された(メタ)アクリル酸エステルモノマーを含む、1種または複数の疎水性のモノマー、ならびに
(iii)架橋剤、
を重合単位として含むポリマー、
からなる群より選択される1種または複数のポリマー、ならびに
(b)少なくとも1種のサンケア活性物質、
を含むポリマーを含むパーソナルケア組成物であって、
前記ポリマーは、二段階反応において形成され、段階2のポリマーは、重合単位として、
(i)ポリマー形成後に80℃より高いTgを有する10〜99%の1種または複数のモノマー、
(ii)酸官能基を含有する1〜10%の1種または複数の(メタ)アクリルモノマー、および
(iii)場合によっては、架橋剤
を含む、パーソナルケア組成物。 - (a)(i)ポリマーの重量に基づいて、重量で75%から35%の、C1〜C4の(メタ)アクリル酸エステル、(メタ)アクリル酸、スチレン、および置換されたスチレンから選択される1種または複数のモノマー、および
(ii)前記ポリマーの重量に基づいて、重量で25%から65%の、アルキル鎖長がC8からC22の疎水的に置換された(メタ)アクリル酸エステルモノマーを含む、1種または複数の疎水性のモノマー、
を重合単位として含むポリマー、ならびに、
(i)ポリマーの重量に基づいて、重量で75%から35%の、C1〜C4の(メタ)アクリル酸エステル、(メタ)アクリル酸、スチレン、および置換されたスチレンから選択される1種または複数のモノマー、および
(ii)前記ポリマーの重量に基づいて、重量で25%から65%の、アルキル鎖長がC8からC22の疎水的に置換された(メタ)アクリル酸エステルモノマーを含む、1種または複数の疎水性のモノマー、ならびに
(iii)架橋剤、
を重合単位として含むポリマー、
からなる群より選択される1種または複数のポリマーであって、前記(a)ポリマーは二段階反応において形成され、ただし、前記(a)ポリマーは下記モノマーを重合単位として含まない、1種または複数のポリマー、
R 2 及びX’R 3 は同じ環、又は互いに異なる環に存在しており;
R 2 及びR 3 は互いに独立して、水素原子、ハロゲン、又はO、N、P、Si及びSから選択される一又は複数のヘテロ原子が挿入されていてもよく;及び/又は=O、OH、NH 2 及びハロゲン原子から選択される一又は複数の基で置換されていてもよい;1〜30の炭素原子を有する直鎖状、分枝状及び/又は環状で飽和及び/又は不飽和の炭素ベース基を表し;
X及びX’は互いに独立して、R 4 がO、N、P、Si及びSから選択される一又は複数のヘテロ原子が挿入されていてもよく;及び/又は=O、OH、NH 2 及びハロゲン原子から選択される一又は複数の基で置換されていてもよい、1〜30の炭素原子を有する直鎖状、分枝状及び/又は環状で飽和及び/又は不飽和の炭素ベース基を表す−NR 4 −、−NH−、−SO 2 −、−SO−、−S−又は−O−基を表し;
pは0又は1に等しく、
Gは、O、N、P、Si及びSから選択される一又は複数のヘテロ原子が挿入されていてもよく;及び/又は=O、OH、NH 2 及びハロゲン原子から選択される一又は複数の基で置換されていてもよい、1〜30の炭素原子を有する直鎖状、分枝状及び/又は環状で飽和及び/又は不飽和の二価の炭素ベース基であり;
Pは次の式:
