Claims (3)
- 半導体スイッチ素子と、相毎の主巻線(2)及び複数の部分巻線(W1,W2,W3)から成る制御巻線とを備えた電圧制御用制御変成器であって、
相毎に、直列接続された複数のモジュール(M1,M2,M3)が配備され、
各モジュール(M1,M2,M3)が、それぞれ制御巻線の一つの部分巻線(W1,W2,W3)とその両側に並列接続された二つのブリッジ経路とから構成され、
各ブリッジ経路が、それぞれ二つの半導体スイッチ素子から成る直列接続部から構成され、
各ブリッジ経路の直列に接続された前記二つの半導体スイッチ素子の間には、それぞれ一つの中間タップが配備され、
これらの部分巻線(W1,W2,W3)が、異なる巻線数を有し、
各モジュール(M1,M2,M3)の二つの中間タップの一方の中間タップが、それぞれ隣のモジュールの中間タップと接続され、
各モジュール(M1,M2,M3)のうちの最初のモジュール(M1)の残る他方の中間タップが、中性点(3)と電気的に接続され、各モジュール(M1,M2,M3)のうちの最後のモジュール(M3)の残る他方の中間タップが制御変成器の主巻線(2)の終端と電気的に接続されている、
制御変成器において、
各相には、追加の接続線(L1)が配備され、これらの接続線(L1)の各々には、電子スイッチ素子(S1)が挿入されていることと、
前記追加の接続線(L1)の各々が、それに対応する相の前記最後のモジュール(M3)の中間タップをそれぞれ隣の相の主巻線(2)の終端と電気的に接続していることと、
各相には、別の接続線(L2)が配備され、これらの接続線には、それぞれ別の電子スイッチ素子(S2)が挿入されていることと、
前記の別の接続線(L2)の各々が、それぞれ前記最後のモジュール(M3)の中間タップをそれ自身の相の主巻線(2)の終端と接続していることと、
を特徴とする制御変成器。 - 半導体スイッチ素子と、相毎の主巻線(2)、予選択タップ巻線(W3)及び複数の部分巻線(W1,W2)から成る制御巻線とを備えた電圧制御用制御変成器であって、
相毎に、直列接続された複数のモジュール(M1,M2,M3)が配備され、
一つの最後のモジュール(M3)が、予選択タップ巻線(W3)とその両側に並列接続された二つのブリッジ経路とから構成され、
最初のモジュール(M1)及び別のモジュール(M2)が、それぞれ制御巻線の一つの部分巻線(W1,W2)とその両側の二つのブリッジ経路とから構成され、
各ブリッジ経路が、それぞれ二つの半導体スイッチ素子から成る直列接続部から構成され、
各ブリッジ経路の直列に接続された二つの半導体スイッチ素子の間には、それぞれ一つの中間タップが配備され、
これらの部分巻線(W1,W2)が、異なる巻線数を有し、
各モジュール(M1,M2,M3)の二つの中間タップの一方の中間タップが、それぞれ隣のモジュールの中間タップと接続され、
各モジュール(M1,M2,M3)のうちの前記最初のモジュール(M1)の残る他方の中間タップが、中性点(3)と電気的に接続され、各モジュール(M1,M2,M3)のうちの前記最後のモジュール(M3)の残る他方の中間タップが制御変成器の主巻線(2)の終端と電気的に接続されている、
制御変成器において、
各相には、追加の接続線(L1)が配備され、これらの接続線(L1)の各々には、電子スイッチ素子(S1)が挿入されていることと、
前記追加の接続線(L1)の各々が、各相の前記別のモジュール(M2)の中間タップをそれぞれ別の相の前記最後のモジュール(M3)の中間タップと接続していることと、
各相には、別の接続線(L2)が配備され、これらの接続線には、それぞれ別の電子スイッチ素子(S2)が挿入されていることと、
前記の別の接続線(L2)が、それぞれ前記別のモジュール(M2)の中間タップをそれ自身の相のそれぞれの前記最後のモジュール(M3)の中間タップと接続していることと、
を特徴とする制御変成器。 - 当該の電子スイッチ素子(S1,S2)が、それぞれ逆並列に接続されたサイリスタ対、IGBT又はそれ以外の半導体スイッチ素子であるか、或いはそれぞれそのような複数の個々の半導体スイッチ素子の直列接続又は並列接続から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の制御変成器。
