Claims (6)
- 空間側に光を通過させる光通過部と、
前記空間において、前記光通過部を通過した光を反射する第1反射部と、
前記空間において、前記第1反射部で反射された光を反射する第2反射部と、
前記空間において、前記第2反射部で反射された光を分光すると共に反射する分光部と、
前記分光部で分光されると共に反射された光を検出する光検出部と、を備え、
前記光通過部、前記第1反射部、前記第2反射部、前記分光部及び前記光検出部は、前記光通過部を通過する光の光軸方向から見た場合に、基準線に沿って並んでおり、
前記分光部は、前記基準線に沿って並んだ複数のグレーティング溝を有し、
前記光検出部は、前記基準線に沿って並んだ複数の光検出チャネルを有し、
前記分光部は、凹状に湾曲している、分光器。 - 前記第1反射部は、平面ミラーである、請求項1記載の分光器。
- 前記第1反射部は、凹面ミラーである、請求項1記載の分光器。
- 前記分光部で分光されると共に反射された光のうち0次光を捕捉する0次光捕捉部を更に備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の分光器。
- 前記光通過部、前記第1反射部、前記第2反射部、前記分光部及び前記光検出部は、前記空間を包囲する部材に設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の分光器。
- 前記第1反射部、前記第2反射部、前記分光部及び前記光検出部は、前記光軸方向から見た場合に、前記第1反射部、前記第2反射部、前記分光部、前記光検出部の順序で、前記基準線に沿って並んでいる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の分光器。
