Claims (12)
- 異なる屈折率をもつ第1の媒体と第2の媒体の間の光の伝達を増大させる移行層であって、
前記移行層は前記第1の媒体と前記第2の媒体の間に配置され、前記移行層は、
第1の屈折率をもつ非晶質ガラス母材、と
前記第1の屈折率と異なる第2の屈折率をもつ散乱粒子を、移行層総容量の1〜20%含有するものであり、
前記散乱粒子は前記母材中に分散され、前記移行層をとおって伝達される光の一部を散乱させ、それにより前記移行層と前記第1の媒体の間の界面の面方向への光の透過を減少させ、前記界面を通る光の伝達を増大させるものである、移行層。 - 請求項1の移行層であって、前記粒子は、主要寸法の平均寸法について、38nm〜7400nmをもつものである、移行層。
- 請求項2の移行層であって、前記粒子の主要寸法の平均寸法が38nmから74nmである、移行層。
- 請求項1の移行層であって、前記粒子の主要寸法の平均寸法が380nm〜7400nmである、移行層。
- 請求項4の移行層であって、前記粒子の主要寸法の平均寸法が380nm〜1480nmである、移行層。
- 請求項1記載の移行層において、第二屈折率よりも第一屈折率が大きい、移行層。
- 請求項1記載の移行層において、第二屈折率よりも第一屈折率が小さい、移行層。
- 請求項1記載の移行層において、前記粒子は母材中に均一に分散されている、移行層。
- 請求項1記載の移行層において、前記粒子は母材中に均一に分散されていない、移行層。
- 請求項1記載の移行層において、前記粒子は球形である、移行層。
- 請求項1記載の移行層において、前記粒子は針状又は管状の形状である、移行層。
- 請求項1記載の移行層において、前記粒子は結晶である、移行層。
