Description
また、流体の出口側は入口側に比べ高温になるので、出口側の巻き直径が大きくなり、螺旋管の正面視形状は台形状に変形する。
そうすると加熱効率が低下するだけでなく、接続部間に電位が発生して放電が生じ、導体管自体が破損して内部の加熱流体が漏れるおそれすらある。
ところで、この実施形態では、図2に示すように、導体管1の所要箇所同士を電気的に接続して短絡回路を構成する電気接続部材2を設けている。
特に、この実施形態では、過熱蒸気を発生するため加熱温度が高く、導体管1の変形も大きくなるため、上述した効果が特に顕著となる。
なお、本発明は前記実施形態に限られない。
その他、本発明は前記実施形態に限られず、その趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形が可能であるのは言うまでもない。

Claims (4)
- 螺旋状に巻廻した導体管を誘導加熱することによって該導体管内に通流した流体を加熱する流体加熱装置であって、
前記導体管の所要箇所同士を電気的に接続して短絡回路を構成する電気接続部材と、
前記導体管の電位を測定する電位測定器とを具備し、
前記電位測定器は、前記導体管において前記電気接続部材が設けられている領域よりも導入ポート側と導出ポート側との間の電位差を測定することを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 前記電位測定器による測定電位が所定の値を超えたときに、これを報知する報知部または運転停止信号を出力する運転停止部をさらに具備したものである請求項1記載の流体加熱装置。
- 前記電気接続部材が、前記導体管の温度変化に伴う変形に応じて変形可能なものである請求項1又は2記載の流体加熱装置。
- 前記導体管が流体を加熱して過熱蒸気を発生するものである請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の流体加熱装置。
