Claims (10)
- タービン翼(12)であって、
全体として細長い中空の翼(34)を備え、該翼(34)は、前縁(36)と、後縁(38)と、正圧面(40)と、負圧面(42)と、第1の端部(44)における内側端壁(18)と、前記全体として細長い中空の翼(34)の、前記第1の端部(44)とは略反対側にある第2の端部(46)における外側端壁(20)と、前記細長い中空の翼(34)における少なくとも1つのキャビティ(48)から形成された冷却システム(10)とを有しており、
前記内側端壁(18)は、少なくとも1つの後方冷却チャンバ(22)と、該少なくとも1つの後方冷却チャンバ(22)の上流に配置された少なくとも1つの弦中央冷却チャンバ(26)とを有しており、
前記少なくとも1つの後方冷却チャンバ(22)は、前記少なくとも1つの弦中央冷却チャンバ(26)と、前記内側端壁(18)の下流縁(30)との間に配置されており、
前記少なくとも1つの弦中央冷却チャンバ(26)から延びる少なくとも1つの弦中央フィルム冷却チャネル(24)を備え、該少なくとも1つの弦中央フィルム冷却チャネル(24)は、前記少なくとも1つの弦中央冷却チャンバ(26)における少なくとも1つの入口(50)と、前記少なくとも1つの後方冷却チャンバ(22)を形成する上流壁(32)よりも、前記内側端壁(18)の前記下流縁(30)により近く配置された少なくとも1つの出口(28)とを有しており、これにより、前記少なくとも1つの弦中央フィルム冷却チャネル(24)の少なくとも1つの出口(28)を、前記少なくとも1つの後方冷却チャンバ(22)を形成する上流壁(32)の下流に配置しており、
前記全体として細長い中空の翼(34)と交差する前記内側端壁(18)の外面(52)は、前記少なくとも1つの後方冷却チャンバ(22)から延びるチャネルのいかなる出口も備えない孔なしであることを特徴とする、タービン翼(12)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの後方冷却チャンバ(22)から、前記内側端壁(18)の下流縁(30)における少なくとも1つの出口(56)まで延びる、少なくとも1つの後方フィルム冷却チャネル(54)を備えることをさらに特徴とする、請求項1記載のタービン翼(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの後方冷却チャンバ(22)から、前記内側端壁(18)の下流縁(30)における少なくとも1つの出口(56)まで延びる、前記少なくとも1つの後方フィルム冷却チャネル(54)は、前記少なくとも1つの後方冷却チャンバ(22)から延びる複数の後方フィルム冷却チャネル(54)を含み、該後方フィルム冷却チャネル(54)はそれぞれ、前記下流縁(30)に出口(56)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2記載のタービン翼(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの弦中央フィルム冷却チャネル(24)の前記少なくとも1つの出口(28)は、前記全体として細長い中空の翼(34)と交差する前記内側端壁(18)の外面(52)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のタービン翼(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの弦中央フィルム冷却チャネル(24)の前記少なくとも1つの出口(28)は、前記少なくとも1つの後方冷却チャンバ(22)の半径方向外側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のタービン翼(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの弦中央フィルム冷却チャンバ(26)から延び、かつ前記全体として細長い中空の翼(34)と交差する前記内側端壁(18)の外面(52)における出口(60)を有する、少なくとも1つの分岐弦中央フィルム冷却チャネル(58)を備えることをさらに特徴とする、請求項1記載のタービン翼(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの分岐弦中央フィルム冷却チャネル(58)の前記出口(60)は、前記少なくとも1つの後方冷却チャンバ(22)の半径方向外側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載のタービン翼(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの弦中央フィルム冷却チャネル(24)は、前記全体として細長い中空の翼(34)の前記正圧面(40)の外側において前記内側端壁(18)に配置された少なくとも1つの弦中央フィルム冷却チャネル(24)と、前記全体として細長い中空の翼(34)の前記負圧面(42)の外側において前記内側端壁(18)に配置された少なくとも1つの弦中央フィルム冷却チャネル(24)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のタービン翼(12)。
- 前記内側端壁(18)の上流縁と下流縁(30)との間に延びる第1の結合面に出口を有する複数のフィルム冷却チャネルを備えることをさらに特徴とする、請求項1記載のタービン翼(12)。
- 前記外側端壁(20)は、前記少なくとも1つの外側端壁冷却チャンバ(72)における入口(70)から、前記全体として細長い中空の翼(34)と交差する前記外側端壁(20)の外面(74)まで延びる複数のフィルム冷却孔(68)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のタービン翼(12)。
