Claims (9)
- ベアリングを固定するためのベアリングホルダであって、
第1の側及びその裏面となる第2の側を有するプレート状の本体と、
前記本体を貫通する孔であって、前記ベアリングの軸方向が前記本体と垂直となるように前記ベアリングを受け入れる孔と、
前記本体の前記孔の縁部付近から前記軸方向の第1の向きへ延び、前記ベアリングの前記第1の向きへの軸方向移動を制限する第1の軸方向ステップを有する複数のフックと、
前記本体の前記孔の縁部付近から前記第1の向きとは反対の第2の向きへ延び、半径方向に変形されて、前記ベアリングの第2の向きへの軸方向移動を制限する第2の軸方向ステップを有するように配置された複数の突起部と、
を備え、
前記複数のフックの各々は、軸方向に延びる第1の部分と、半径方向内向きに延びる第2の部分とを有し、
前記フックの前記第1の部分は、前記ベアリングに接触しないようにされている、
ベアリングを固定するためのベアリングホルダ。 - 前記ベアリングを半径方向に正確に位置決めするために、ベアリングの半径方向外面と接触し、これ以外のものは前記半径方向外面と接触しないようにされた複数の芯合わせリップを更に備える、請求項1に記載のベアリングホルダ。
- 前記芯合わせリップが、前記孔の縁部から半径方向内向きに延びる、請求項2に記載のベアリングホルダ。
- 前記突起部がU字型突起部であり、前記U字型突起部の基部が、半径方向に変形された後に前記ベアリングの軸方向端面を支持するように配置される、請求項1、2、又は3に記載のベアリングホルダ。
- 前記U字型突起部の各々の前記基部が、半径方向内向きに延びるフィンガー部により形成され、前記フィンガー部が、前記突起部が変形される前に前記ベアリングを収容するように配置され、前記突起部が変形された後に前記ベアリングの軸方向端部を押し付けて前記第1の軸方向ステップに前記ベアリングを押し付けるように配置される、請求項4に記載のベアリングホルダ。
- 前記ベアリングが、間隙なしに前記第1の軸方向ステップと前記第2の軸方向ステップとの間に保持される、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のベアリングホルダ。
- 前記本体が、ギアボックスのケーシングの一部である、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のベアリングホルダ。
- 前記本体が、ベアリング支持プレートの一部である、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のベアリングホルダ。
- 出力軸と、
電気モータと、
前記電気モータを前記出力軸に結合する歯車列と、
前記歯車列を収容して前記電気モータ及び前記出力軸を支持するギアボックスのケーシングと、
を備えたアクチュエータであって、
前記出力軸が、請求項1から8のいずれかで定義されるベアリングホルダによって前記ギアボックスのケーシングに固定されるベアリングで軸支持される、アクチュエータ。
