Description
本発明の実施例は曲げ可能なフレキシブルスクリーンの特性に適応するために、ヒンジ構造を有する剛性支持フレームに基づいて曲げと平坦の2つの状態で互いに切り替えることを実現し、フレキシブルスクリーンが曲げ可能で且つ平坦に回復できる特性を十分に発揮する。なお、本発明の実施例の構造全体の製造技術が成熟し、コストが低く、機能の実現は完全に成熟したヒンジ機構に依頼し、ユーザの使用体験を増加するだけでなく、フレキシブルスクリーンの使用スペースを大幅に向上させる。
Claims (7)
- フレキシブル端末本体(1)、剛性支持フレーム(5)、プルロッド(6)、及び前記剛性支持フレーム(5)の構造に適応する端末電池(4)とマザーボード(2)を含み、
前記剛性支持フレーム(5)は前記フレキシブル端末本体(1)に固定され、前記剛性支持フレーム(5)は複数のサブ支持フレームと複数のシャフトを含み、前記複数のサブ支持フレームは前記フレキシブル端末本体(1)に沿って並び、
前記端末電池(4)は隣接する2つのサブ支持フレームからなるキャビティに設置され、且つそれぞれ該2つのサブ支持フレームに設置される2つのシャフトによって貫通され、
前記マザーボード(2)は前記剛性支持フレーム(5)の外側に設置され、
前記複数のサブ支持フレームと前記端末電池(4)とは、前記フレキシブル端末本体(1)が曲げる際に、対応するシャフトを回って回転するように設定され、
前記プルロッド(6)は、前記フレキシブル端末本体(1)が曲げの予定の位置に曲げた後に、その末端の2つの伸び出しヘッドを対応するサブ支持フレームの位置決め孔に差し込むことによって位置決めされるように設定される端末。 - 前記プルロッド(6)は更に、その末端の2つの伸び出しヘッドが前記位置決め孔から抜きだすことによって前記端末を曲げ状態から平坦状態に回復させるように設定される請求項1に記載の端末。
- 前記端末電池(4)は複数のサブ電池を含み、前記複数のサブ電池はそれぞれ隣接する2つのサブ支持フレームからなるキャビティに設置される請求項1に記載の端末。
- 前記マザーボード(2)は複数の軟質材料により接続されるサブボードを含み、前記複数のサブボード間の軟質材料接続部は前記剛性支持フレーム(5)の曲げ部の位置に設置される請求項1に記載の端末。
- 前記剛性支持フレーム(5)の複数のサブ支持フレームの中で、中間にあるサブ支持フレームは工型構造であり、両辺にあるサブ支持フレームは相対的な凹型構造である請求項1に記載の端末。
- 前記プルロッド(6)にプッシュボタンが設置され、前記プッシュボタンは前記プルロッド(6)がバネの作用で末端の2つの伸び出しヘッドを前記位置決め孔に差し込む又は前記位置決め孔から抜きだすように制御するように設定される請求項1に記載の端末。
- 前記予定の位置は曲げる時に隣接する2つのサブ支持フレームの間に剛性接触によって曲げを停止する限界位置である請求項1に記載の端末。
