Claims (18)
- 軸方向磁束永久磁石機械の固定子のためのハウジングを製造する方法であって、前記機械は、各固定子バーに巻かれ、前記機械の軸線の周りに、間隔をおいて、円周方向に配置された一組のコイルを含む固定子、および、一組の永久磁石を担持し、前記軸線周りの回転のために装着された回転子を有し、前記回転子と前記固定子は、前記軸線に沿って、離間して置かれて、前記機械の磁束が、概して軸線方向である、それらの間の間隙を画定し、前記方法は、射出成形機の金型内に樹脂膜を配置すること、溶融されるとき、前記膜の樹脂と結合可能な熱可塑性高分子を用いて、前記膜上に一連の強化構造を射出成型することによって、前記間隙内に配置されるべき前記固定子ハウジングのための半径方向壁を製造すること、および、前記半径方向壁を用いて、前記ハウジングを製造することを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、さらに、セットされるとき、前記膜の面内の熱膨張係数が、前記熱可塑性高分子の熱膨張係数よりも大きいように、前記膜と前記熱可塑性高分子を選択することを含むことを特徴とする方法。

- 請求項1〜5のいずれかの方法であって、前記樹脂膜は、繊維強化高分子を含み、前記方法は、さらに、変形可能である、前記繊維強化高分子膜に、前記一組の固定子バーを押圧すること、および、前記繊維強化高分子膜を固化し、それぞれの位置に、前記一組の固定子バーを保持することによって、前記間隙の厚みを制御することを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6の方法であって、さらに、前記押圧および固化の前に、前記固定子バーと前記繊維強化高分子膜間に補助膜を提供することを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6または7の方法であって、さらに、前記膜の前記高分子を変形可能にするために、前記固定子バーを加熱することを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6、7または8の方法であって、前記射出成型前に、前記固定子バーを取り付け、実質的に水平な前記膜と共に、前記射出成型することを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかの方法であって、前記樹脂膜は、第一の繊維強化熱可塑性高分子を含み、前記熱可塑性高分子は、溶融時、前記第一の繊維強化熱可塑性高分子と混和する第二の熱可塑性高分子を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項10の方法であって、前記第二の熱可塑性高分子は、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、または、アラミド繊維で繊維強化されていることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれかの方法であって、前記膜の面内におけるヤング率は、50GPa未満であり、より好ましく20GPa未満であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれかの方法であって、前記膜は、1mm未満の厚さを有し、好ましくは、0.5mm未満、または、これに等しいことを特徴とする。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれかの方法において、前記膜は、PPS、PPA、PEEK、ABSおよびPAの一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれかの方法において、前記強化構造は、前記膜の平面上で、少なくとも3mmの高さを有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれかの方法において、前記固定子バーは、少なくとも一方の端部にシューを有し、前記一連の強化構造は、前記固定子バーの前記シューのための一連の空所を画定することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれかの方法において、前記機械は、前記固定子の各側面に一つ、一対の前記回転子を有し、前記ハウジングは、前記固定子とそれぞれの各回転子の間に一つ、概して円筒の壁によって結合された、一対の半径方向壁を有し、前記ハウジングは、前記固定子の前記コイルのための冷却剤のチャンバを画定し、前記強化構造を有する前記半径方向壁は、前記機械の作動中、その位置に、前記固定子バーを保持することを特徴とする方法。
- 軸方向磁束永久磁石機械の製造方法であって、前記機械は、各固定子バーに巻回され、前記機械の軸線の周りに、間隔をおいて、円周方向に配置された、一組のコイルを含む固定子と、一組の永久磁石を担持し、前記軸線の周りの回転のために装着された回転子を有し、前記回転子と固定子は、前記軸線に沿って離間して、前記機械の磁束が概して軸線方向であるように、それらの間の間隙を画定し、前記方法は、請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載した前記機械の前記固定子のハウジングを製造し、前記ハウジングを、前記機械における所定の位置に前記一組の固定子コイルを保持するために用いることを含むことを特徴とする製造方法。
