多層構造における中間層(紙および板紙)として、
他の紙構造および/またはプラスチックフィルム層に積層して、
プラスチックによる押出コーティングの繊維ベースとして、
断熱材、遮音材、液体および湿気の吸収材として、
トレー、カップ、コンテナなどの成形構造体の形成可能層として
も使用することができる。
Claims (17)
- 印刷用または包装用の紙または板紙の繊維層の製造方法であって、
水および界面活性剤の泡を提供する工程、
ミクロフィブリル化セルロース(MFC)をより長い繊維長のパルプと共に該泡に組み込む工程、
成形ファブリック上に該泡を供給する工程、
該成形ファブリック上の該泡を吸引により脱水し、ウェブを形成する工程、および
該ウェブを最終乾燥に付す工程
を含み、該ウェブが該印刷用または包装用の紙または板紙中の層として含まれる方法。 - 連続的な繊維ウェブが、抄紙機または板紙抄紙機の走行成形ファブリック上に形成され、吸引により該ウェブおよび成形ファブリックから脱水され、そして該抄紙機または板紙抄紙機の乾燥部において最終的に乾燥される請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ウェブが、0.6バール以下の圧力下で該ウェブおよび前記成形ファブリックから吸気により脱水され、その後、0.3バール以下の圧力下で吸気により予備乾燥される請求項1または2記載の方法。
- メカニカルパルプが、前記泡に組み込まれている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- メカニカルパルプがケミサーモメカニカルパルプ(CTMP)である請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記泡に組み込まれた前記繊維成分が、5〜40重量%のMFCおよび60〜95重量%のより長い繊維を有するパルプからなる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記泡が、前記成形ファブリック上に供給される前に60〜70容量%の空気量とされる請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記界面活性剤がドデシル硫酸ナトリウム(SDS)である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記層が、ミクロフィブリル化セルロース(MFC)および前記より長い繊維長のパルプの混合物を含み、かつ少なくとも2.5cm3/gの嵩を有する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記層が3〜7cm3/gの嵩を有する請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記層が少なくとも50J/m 2 のスコットボンド値を有する請求項9または10記載の方法。
- スコットボンド値が120〜200J/m 2 である請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記より長い繊維長のパルプが、メカニカルパルプである請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- メカニカルパルプがCTMPである請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記層が5〜40重量%のMFCおよび60〜95重量%の前記より長い繊維長のパルプを含む請求項9〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの前記繊維層を多層板紙中に配置することを含む請求項9〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 多層板紙が中間層として前記繊維層を含み、かつ該中間層よりも嵩の小さい外層を含む請求項16記載の方法。
