Description
図1においてフレーム101は、10個のサブフレーム103からなり、それぞれのサブフレームは、一般的なデータ送受信のために使用される「一般的なサブフレーム105」と、放送のために使用される「MBSFN(Multimedia Broadcast multicast service Single Frequency Network、以下、MBSFNと称する)サブフレーム107」の形態が存在する。一般的なサブフレーム105とMBSFNサブフレーム107との差は、OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing、以下、OFDMと称する)シンボルの数、サイクリックプレフィックス(Cyclic prefix)の長さ、セルの特定基準信号(cell−specific reference signals、CRS)などの構造及び数にあり、Rel−8、Rel−9システムでMBSFNサブフレームは、ブロードキャスト或いはマルチキャストのデータを送信するなどの目的としてのみ使用されてきた。しかしながら、システムが進化してLTE Rel−10からは、MBSFNサブフレームがブロードキャスト或いはマルチキャストの目的だけでなく、特定の端末に対するデータ送信のユニキャストの目的でも使用が可能になった。
この場合、LTE Rel−10端末は、MBSFNサブフレームに対してもPDSCHを受信するためには、MBSFNサブフレームに対するリソース割当情報を含むPDCCHを確認する手続を経なければならない。ところが、LTE Rel−10端末がすべてのMBSFNサブフレームでPDCCHを確認しなければならない場合には、これは、MBSFNサブフレームが特定の端末に対するユニキャストのデータを送信するか、或いは、マルチキャスト/ブロードキャストのデータを送信するかに応じて、不要な動作であり得る。

Claims (10)
- 端末及び基地局を含む無線通信システムの動作方法において、
前記基地局がMBSFN(Multimedia Broadcast multicast service Single Frequency Network)サブフレームの設定情報を含むシステム情報を前記端末に伝送するステップと、
前記基地局が前記端末の伝送モードを指示する専用メッセージを前記端末に伝送するステップと、
前記端末が前記専用メッセージに基づいて、前記端末の伝送モードが第1伝送モードであるか、第2伝送モードであるか決定するステップと、
前記端末の伝送モードが第1伝送モードであれば、前記端末が、MBSFNサブフレーム関連の第1サブフレーム及び一般サブフレーム関連の第2サブフレームのPDCCH(physical downlink control channel)において、制御情報を感知するステップと、
前記端末の伝送モードが第2伝送モードであれば、前記端末が、前記一般サブフレーム関連の第2サブフレームのPDCCHにおいて、前記制御情報を感知するステップと、を含む
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記設定情報は、無線リソース制御(Radio Resource Control、RRC)メッセージに含まれる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記端末の伝送モードが前記第1伝送モードであれば、前記端末は、前記MBSFNサブフレーム関連の第1サブフレームのPDSCH(physical downlink shared channel)において、データを受信する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記端末の伝送モードが前記第1伝送モードではない場合、前記端末は、前記MBSFNサブフレーム関連の第1サブフレームのPDCCHにおいて、前記制御情報を受信する動作をスキップ(skip)する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1伝送モードは、前記MBSFNサブフレーム関連の第1サブフレームのPDSCH(physical downlink shared channel)において、データ伝送を支援し、
前記第2伝送モードは、前記MBSFNサブフレーム関連の第1サブフレームのPDSCH(physical downlink shared channel)において、データ伝送を支援しない、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 基地局及び端末を含む無線通信システムにおいて、
MBSFN(Multimedia Broadcast multicast service Single Frequency Network)サブフレームの設定情報を含むシステム情報を前記端末に伝送し、前記端末の伝送モードを指示する専用メッセージを前記端末に伝送する基地局と、
前記専用メッセージに基づいて前記端末の伝送モードが第1伝送モードであるか、第2伝送モードであるか決定し、前記端末の伝送モードが第1伝送モードであれば、MBSFNサブフレーム関連の第1サブフレーム及び一般サブフレーム関連の第2サブフレームのPDCCH(physical downlink control channel)において、制御情報を感知し、前記端末の伝送モードが第2伝送モードであれば、前記一般サブフレーム関連の第2サブフレームのPDCCHにおいて、前記制御情報を感知する前記端末を含む
ことを特徴とする無線通信システム。 - 前記設定情報は、無線リソース制御(Radio Resource Control、RRC)メッセージに含まれる
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の無線通信システム。 - 前記端末は、
前記端末の伝送モードが前記第1伝送モードであれば、前記端末は、前記MBSFNサブフレーム関連の第1サブフレームのPDSCH(physical downlink shared channel)において、データを受信する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の無線通信システム。 - 前記端末の伝送モードが第1伝送モードではない場合、前記端末が前記MBSFNサブフレーム関連の第1サブフレームのPDCCHにおいて、前記制御情報を受信する動作をスキップ(skip)する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の無線通信システム。 - 前記第1伝送モードは、前記MBSFNサブフレーム関連の第1サブフレームのPDSCH(physical downlink shared channel)において、データ伝送を支援し、
前記第2伝送モードは、前記MBSFNサブフレーム関連の第1サブフレームのPDSCH(physical downlink shared channel)において、データ伝送を支援しない、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の無線通信システム。
