Claims (22)
- 内燃機関(11)、前記内燃機関(11)に接続された排気後処理システム(10)、ハイブリッド電気車両を推進するべく適合された電気牽引機、及び前記ハイブリッド電気車両を駆動する間に外部電力供給軌道(2)から間欠的に集電するための集電装置(3)を備える車両推進システムであって、
前記車両推進システムは、
前記排気後処理システム(10)の少なくとも一つの構成部品(12、13、14)及び/又は前記内燃機関(11)を加熱するべく構成された加熱システム、
前記外部電力供給軌道(2)に対する車両位置を決定するべく構成された車両相対位置決定手段、及び
前記決定された車両相対位置に基づいて前記加熱システムの作動を制御するように構成された制御装置(17)、を備えており、
前記集電装置(3)は、前記外部電力供給軌道(2)から集電するときに前記加熱システムに電力を供給するべく構成されており、
かつ前記内燃機関(11)の作動は、前記ハイブリッド電気車両を駆動している間に前記外部電力供給軌道(2)から集電するときの少なくとも一部の時間の間に停止するように構成されており、
前記制御装置(17)は、前記内燃機関(11)の作動が停止し、かつ前記ハイブリッド電気車両を駆動している間に前記外部電力供給軌道(2)から集電する一方で、前記外部電力供給軌道(2)の端部に到達するまでの時間を推定し、この推定された時間を、前記構成部品(12、13、14)あるいは前記内燃機関(11)を予め定められた目標温度まで加熱するのに必要な推定時間と比較し、
前記時間を推定するために前記排気後処理システム(10)あるいは前記内燃機関(11)の関連する構成部品(12、13、14)の現在の温度を考慮し、
前記外部電力供給軌道(2)の端部に到達するまでの推定時間が、前記構成部品(12、13、14)あるいは内燃機関(11)を予め定められた目標温度まで加熱するのに必要な推定された時間よりも短い場合には、前記関連する構成部品あるいは前記内燃機関が、前記外部電力供給軌道(2)の端部に到達する時点において予め定められた目標温度を達成できるように加熱を開始し、
前記加熱システムの始動地点及び出力レベルは、前記ハイブリッド電気車両が前記外部電力供給軌道(2)の前記端部に到達すると推定されるまでの前記推定時間に合わせて調整されて、前記関連する構成部品(12、13、14)あるいは内燃機関(11)が、前記外部電力供給軌道(2)の端部に到達する時点において予め定められた目標温度を達成できるようにする、車両推進システム。 - 前記集電装置(3)は、前記外部電力供給軌道(2)の導電体と摺動接触している間に、あるいは前記集電装置(3)と前記外部電力供給軌道(2)との間の誘導結合により、集電するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の車両推進システム。
- 前記加熱システムは、電気エネルギーを熱に変換するように構成された少なくとも一つの電気抵抗部材を含む少なくとも一つの電気ヒーター(16)により、前記排気後処理システム(10)の少なくとも一つの構成部品(12、13、14)及び/又は前記内燃機関(11)を加熱するべく構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の車両推進システム。
- 前記少なくとも一つの電気抵抗部材は、前記排気後処理システム(10)の少なくとも一つの構成部品(12、13、14)及び/又は前記内燃機関(11)に固定されて、直接的に熱を導くように構成されている、請求項3に記載の車両推進システム。
- 前記少なくとも一つの電気抵抗部材が、金属の線あるいは条片、若しくはセラミック材料から構成されている、請求項3又は4に記載の車両推進システム。
- 前記加熱システムは、流体熱輸送媒体を加熱するように構成され、
かつ前記流体熱輸送媒体は、前記排気後処理システム(10)の少なくとも一つの構成部品(12、13、14)及び/又は前記内燃機関(11)を加熱するべく構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の車両推進システム。 - 前記流体熱輸送媒体は空気である、請求項6に記載の車両推進システム。
- 前記排気後処理システム(10)の少なくとも一つの構成部品(12、13、14)及び/又は前記内燃機関(11)が共通のあるいは個々のハウジング(40)によって実質的に包囲されて、前記排気後処理システム(10)の少なくとも一つの構成部品(12、13、14)及び/又は前記内燃機関(11)と前記ハウジング(40)との間に少なくとも一つの空洞(41)が定められ、その少なくとも一つの空洞(41)が前記流体熱輸送媒体で満たされている、請求項6又は7に記載の車両推進システム。
- 前記制御装置(17)は、前記車両推進システムが前記外部電力供給軌道(2)からの集電を開始するまでの推定時間が所定の時間ウインドウの範囲内にある場合に、前記排気後処理システム(10)の排気微粒子フィルタ(13)の計画された燃料ベースの再生を遅延させ、その後、前記集電装置(3)が前記外部電力供給軌道(2)から集電するときに前記排気微粒子フィルタ(13)の電力ベースの再生を実行するように構成されている、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の車両推進システム。
- 前記車両推進システムは、前記排気後処理システム(10)の関連する構成部品(12、13、14)あるいは前記内燃機関(11)の現在の温度に基づいて前記加熱システムの作動を協調させる制御装置(17)を備えている、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の車両推進システム。
- 前記制御装置(17)は、前記排気後処理システム(10)の関連する構成部品(12、13、14)あるいは内燃機関(11)の上に、内側に及び/又は隣接して配置された少なくとも一つの温度センサー(T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6)により、前記排気後処理システム(10)あるいは前記内燃機関(11)の関連する構成部品(12、13、14)の現在の温度を決定するように構成されている、請求項10に記載の車両推進システム。
- 前記加熱システムは、前記集電装置(3)から電力が供給されているときに予め定められた出力レベルで一定に作動するように構成されている、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の車両推進システム。
- 車両推進システムの車両排気後処理システム(10)の少なくとも一つの構成部品(12、13、14)及び/又は内燃機関(11)を加熱システムにより加熱する方法であって、
前記車両推進システムは、車両を駆動する間、外部電力供給軌道(2)から間欠的に電力を収集するように構成された集電装置(3)を備え、
前記方法は、前記車両を駆動する間に前記外部電力供給軌道(2)から集電しているときに、前記集電装置(3)から前記加熱システムに電力を供給する段階、
電気牽引機により前記車両を駆動している間に前記外部電力供給軌道(2)から集電しているときの時間の少なくとも一部の間に、前記内燃機関(11)の運転を停止させる段階、
前記外部電力供給軌道(2)の利用可能度に関連する車両位置を決定する段階、
前記決定された車両位置に基づいて前記加熱システムの作動を制御し、前記外部電力供給軌道(2)から集電しており、かつ前記車両を駆動する間に前記内燃機関(11)の運転を停止させている間に、前記外部電力供給軌道(2)の端部に到達するまでの時間を推定し、この推定された時間と、前記構成部品(12、13、14)あるいは前記内燃機関(11)を予め定められた目標温度まで加熱するのに必要な推定時間とを比較する段階、
を含み、
前記時間を推定するために、前記排気後処理システム(10)の関連する構成部品(12、13、14)あるいは前記内燃機関(11)の現在の温度を考慮し、
かつ前記外部電力供給軌道(2)の端部に到達するまでの推定時間が、前記構成部品(12、13、14)あるいは前記内燃機関(11)を予め定められた目標温度まで加熱するのに必要な推定時間より短い場合に、前記外部電力供給軌道(2)の端部に到達したときに、前記関連する構成部品あるいは前記内燃機関が予め定められた目標温度を達成できるように、前記加熱を開始し、
前記加熱システムの始動地点及び出力レベルは、前記車両が前記外部電力供給軌道(2)の端部に到達したと推定されるまでの前記推定時間と協調されて、前記外部電力供給軌道(2)の端部に到達する時に前記関連する構成部品(12、13、14)あるいは内燃機関(11)が予め定められた目標温度を達成できるようにする、方法。 - 前記外部電力供給軌道(2)の導電体と摺動接触している間に前記集電装置(3)により、あるいは前記集電装置(3)と前記外部電力供給軌道(2)との間の誘導結合により、前記外部電力供給軌道(2)から集電することを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 電気ヒータ(16)の少なくとも一つの電気抵抗部材を用いて電気エネルギーを熱に変換することにより、前記排気後処理システム(10)の少なくとも一つの構成部品(12、13、14)及び/又は前記内燃機関(11)を加熱することを含む、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの構成部品(12、13、14)及び/又は前記内燃機関(11)に固定された少なくとも一つの電気抵抗部材により、前記排気後処理システム(10)の少なくとも一つの構成部品(12、13、14)及び/又は前記内燃機関(11)に対し熱を直接的に導くことを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 流体熱輸送媒体を、少なくとも一つの電気抵抗部材により加熱すること、かつ前記排気後処理システム(10)の少なくとも一つの構成部品(12、13、14)及び/又は前記内燃機関(11)を前記流体熱輸送媒体により加熱することを含む、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 前記流体輸送媒体は空気である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記排気後処理システム(10)の少なくとも一つの構成部品(12、13、14)及び/又は前記内燃機関(11)を共通のあるいは個々のハウジング(40)によって実質的に包囲し、そのハウジング(40)が前記排気後処理システム(10)の少なくとも一つの構成部品(12、13、14)及び/又は前記内燃機関(11)と前記ハウジング(40)との間に一つの空洞(41)を定め、その空洞(41)が前記流体熱輸送媒体で満たされることを含む、請求項17又は18に記載の方法。
- 前記車両推進システムが前記外部電力供給軌道(2)からの集電を開始するまでの推定時間が所定の時間ウインドウの範囲内にある場合に、前記排気後処理システム(10)の排気微粒子フィルタ(13)の計画された燃料ベースの再生を遅延させること、及び前記集電装置(3)が前記外部電力供給軌道(2)から集電するときに、前記排気微粒子フィルタ(13)の電力ベースの再生を実行することを含む請求項13乃至19のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記排気後処理システム(10)の関連する構成部品(12、13、14)あるいは前記内燃機関(11)の上に、内側に及び/又は隣接して配置された少なくとも一つの温度センサーにより、前記関連する構成部品あるいは内燃機関の現在の温度を決定することを含む、請求項13乃至20のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記集電装置(3)から電力が供給されるときに予め定められた出力レベルで前記加熱システムを一定に作動させることを含む、請求項13乃至19のいずれかに記載の方法。
