オーバーラン={(Wp−Ws)/Ws}×100%
上式中、Wpは泡立てられていない生産物の一定体積の質量を表し、Wsは同じ体積の泡立て生産物(それから水を抜いた任意の生産物を含む)の質量を表す。従って、100%のオーバーラン百分率は、分注後、100mlの体積が200mlに増加したことを意味する。
前記噴射弁作動装置は、前記噴射弁を有効化位置に位置決めして前記抽出装置の前記給水口と前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記水接続部との接続を有効化するように操作可能であり、かつ、前記噴射弁を無効化位置に位置決めして前記抽出装置の前記給水口と前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記水接続部との接続を無効化する。上述の実施の形態が前記使い捨てアセンブリ内の前記濃縮液状食品生産物の汚染を防止する観点から特に有利なのは、前記噴射作動装置が前記操作装置に動作可能なように接続されている場合である。このようにして、前記生産物調製装置の前記水加圧手段が前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記水接続部に接続されて前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記抽出装置の前記給水口に水を供給した後に、前記抽出装置の前記給水口と前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記水接続部との接続を無効化および有効化するようにそれぞれ操作可能である。
Claims (14)
- 泡立て食品生産物用の使い捨てアセンブリであって、
−濃縮された状態の前記液状食品生産物を収容するホルダと、
−抽出装置と、
−精密ろ過装置と、
−前記抽出装置の出口を前記精密ろ過装置の生産物入口に接続する移送管と、
−前記ホルダを前記抽出装置の濃縮液状食品入口に接続する濃縮液状食品生産物管と、
−前記抽出装置の給水口を前記使い捨てアセンブリの水接続部と接続する給水管であって、前記水接続部は加圧下の外部水源に接続するように構成され、前記抽出装置の前記液状食品入口は前記給水口と前記抽出装置の前記出口との間に配置されている給水管と、
−前記精密ろ過装置を前記使い捨てアセンブリの気体接続部に接続する給気管であって、前記気体接続部は加圧下の外部気体源に接続するように構成された給気管と、
−前記精密ろ過装置の出口を前記使い捨てアセンブリの出口接続部に接続して前記精密ろ過装置により創出された泡立て食品生産物を前記使い捨てアセンブリから吐出する泡立て食品生産物出口管とを備える使い捨てアセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載の使い捨てアセンブリにおいて、
前記抽出装置は、
前記抽出装置の前記水接続部と直接連絡している合流ノズルを収容するハウジングと、
混合室と、
前記抽出装置の前記出口と直接連絡している低圧力帯域とを備える使い捨てアセンブリ。 - 請求項1または2に記載の使い捨てアセンブリにおいて、
前記精密ろ過装置は疎水性材料製である使い捨てアセンブリ。 - 請求項1、2または3に記載の使い捨てアセンブリにおいて、
前記精密ろ過装置は、気体透過性細孔を有する精密ろ過面を持つ手段を備え、前記精密ろ過装置は生産物入口および生産物出口を有する使い捨てアセンブリ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨てアセンブリにおいて、
少なくとも1つの接続部が無菌シールによって遮蔽される使い捨てアセンブリ。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨てアセンブリにおいて、
前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記給水管は、前記抽出装置の前記給水口と前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記水接続部との接続を有効化し、かつ、前記抽出装置の前記給水口と前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記水接続部との接続を無効化する噴射弁を備える使い捨てアセンブリ。 - 請求項6に記載の使い捨てアセンブリにおいて、
前記噴射弁は回動可能な噴射弁である使い捨てアセンブリ。 - 請求項6または7に記載の使い捨てアセンブリにおいて、
前記噴射弁は、
前記噴射弁が前記抽出装置の前記給水口と前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記水接続部との接続を有効化しているときに、前記ホルダの、前記抽出装置の前記液状食品生産物の出口への接続を有効化し、
前記抽出装置の前記給水口と前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記水接続部との接続を有効化しているときに、前記ホルダの、前記抽出装置の前記液状食品生産物の出口への接続を無効化するように構成されている使い捨てアセンブリ。 - 請求項2または請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨てアセンブリにおいて、
前記合流ノズルは前記噴射弁として構成されている使い捨てアセンブリ。 - 請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨てアセンブリにおいて、
前記噴射弁は付勢されて前記抽出装置の前記給水口と前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記水接続部との接続を無効化する使い捨てアセンブリ。 - 泡立て食品生産物調製システムであって、
前記システムは、前記泡立て食品生産物を調製する生産物調製装置と、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨てアセンブリとを備え、
前記生産物調製装置は
水源と、
水を加熱するヒーターと、
水加圧手段であって、前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記水接続部に取り外し可能に接続するように構成され、前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記抽出装置の前記給水口に水を供給する水加圧手段と、
加圧気体源であって、前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記気体接続部に取り外し可能に接続するように構成され、前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記精密ろ過装置の給気口に加圧気体を供給する加圧気体源とを備える泡立て食品生産物調製システム。 - 請求項11に記載のシステムを用いる、泡立て食品生産物調製方法であって、
前記方法は、
前記使い捨てアセンブリを前記生産物調製装置に接続する工程と、
水を加熱および加圧する工程と、
前記加熱された水を前記抽出装置の前記給水口に供給して、濃縮液状食品生産物を前記ホルダから同伴により取り出し、前記濃縮液状食品生産物を前記加熱された水と混合する工程とを備える泡立て食品生産物調製方法。 - 請求項12に記載の泡立て食品生産物調製方法において、
前記方法は、前記使い捨てアセンブリを周囲温度に保つ工程を備える泡立て食品生産物調製方法。 - 請求項12または13に記載の泡立て食品生産物調製方法において、
前記方法は、水の加熱を停止し、かつ水の加圧を停止する工程を備え、前記方法はさらに、前記水の加熱を停止し水の加圧を停止する工程の前に、前記抽出装置の前記給水口と前記使い捨てアセンブリの前記水接続部との接続を無効化する工程を備える泡立て食品生産物調製方法。
