Claims (2)
- 使用済み高吸水性ポリマーを含有した紙おむつの脱水脱塩方法であって、前記使用済み高吸水性ポリマーを含有した紙おむつを破砕し洗浄する破砕・洗浄工程、前記使用済み高吸水性ポリマーを含有した紙おむつを対向させた電極間で該電極と当接させて接触抵抗を減じさせる当接工程、前記当接させながら前記電極間に電場を形成して前記使用済み高吸水性ポリマーの塩基解離イオンと水の電気分解によって生じた水素イオンとのイオン交換を実施して塩類を分離させると共に、イオン解離の抑制による高吸水性ポリマーの収縮によって脱水を生じさせる脱水脱塩工程を備えることを特徴とする使用済み高吸水性ポリマーを含有した紙おむつの脱水脱塩方法。
- 使用済み高吸水性ポリマーを含有した紙おむつの脱水脱塩装置であって、前記使用済み高吸水性ポリマーを含有した紙おむつを破砕し洗浄する破砕・洗浄手段、前記使用済み高吸水性ポリマーを含有した紙おむつを対向させた電極間で該電極と当接させて接触抵抗を減じさせる当接手段、前記当接させながら前記電極間に電場を形成して前記使用済み高吸水性ポリマーの塩基解離イオンと水の電気分解によって生じた水素イオンとのイオン交換を実施して塩類を分離させると共に、イオン解離の抑制による高吸水性ポリマーの収縮によって脱水を生じさせる脱水脱塩手段を備えることを特徴とする使用済み高吸水性ポリマーを含有した紙おむつの脱水脱塩装置。
