Description

−回転対称インサートをその回転軸を中心として回転させることによって、第1の表面板を切り開き、上記軽量芯材内に切り込むことによって、上記複合サンドイッチパネル内に、基本的に回転対称で基本的に同心の内側切り欠きおよび外側切り欠きを切るステップであって、上記インサートは、少なくとも部分的にアブレーシブコーティングおよび/または鋸歯型幾何形状を設けられている、ステップと、
−上記内側切り欠きおよび外側切り欠きを切ることによって、中間に支持部を提供するステップであって、上記支持部は、上記軽量芯材から切り出される芯材支持部と、上記第1の表面板から切り出される、上部の支持表面板ディスクとを含む、ステップと、
−様々な構成要素の複合サンドイッチパネル内への負荷付与および/または複合サンドイッチパネルに対する固定のためにインサートを上記切り欠き内にフィットさせるステップと
を含む方法であって、
−上記切り欠きは、上記インサートを受け入れるように構成されており、上記支持部は、上記インサートを複合サンドイッチパネル内で安定させるように構成されている、方法によって解決される。
−ガラスおよび/もしくは炭素繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂ならびに/または不飽和ポリエステル、エポキシのような熱硬化性樹脂の積層板と、ならびに/あるいは
−好ましくはアルミニウムのような軽金属の金属薄板と、のうちの1つまたは複数を含む。
−ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリウレタン、ポリエチレンまたは発泡ポリスチレン、シンタチックフォームのような連続気泡構造発泡体および/または独立気泡構造発泡体と、
−好ましくはアルミニウムのような軽金属の連続気泡金属発泡体および/または独立気泡金属発泡体と、
−好ましくはアルミニウムのような軽金属またはガラス繊維および先進的な複合材料のハニカム構造と、のうちの1つまたは複数を(限定ではなく)含む。

Claims (12)
- 構成要素の複合サンドイッチパネル(5)内への負荷付与および/または複合サンドイッチパネル(5)に対する固定のためのインサート(50)であって、
前記インサート(50)は、
−回転対称な内側インサートリング(51)と、
−前記内側インサートリング(51)に対して同心円状に配置されている回転対称な外側インサートリング(52)と、
−前記内側インサートリング(51)を前記外側インサートリング(52)と接続するインサート接続部(53)と、
−前記外側インサートリング(52)と前記内側インサートリング(51)との間に設けられているインサートトレンチ(54)と
を備え、
前記外側インサートリング(52)は、前記内側インサートトレンチ(54)から延びて前記外側インサートリング(52)を貫通する、少なくとも1個のチャネル(57)を備える、インサート(50)。 - −前記インサート(50)は、第1の表面板(10)を通じて前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)の軽量芯材(15)内へと延伸する、前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)の基本的に回転対称な切り欠き(30)内にフィット可能であるように構成されており、
−前記内側インサートリング(51)および前記外側インサートリング(52)はそれぞれ、前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)の、基本的に回転対称で基本的に同心円状の内側切り欠き(31)および外側切り欠き(32)内に受け入れ可能であるように構成されており、
−前記インサートトレンチ(54)は、前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)の内側切り欠き(31)と外側切り欠き(32)との間に設けられている、前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)の支持部(40)を受け入れるように構成されており、
−前記インサート接続部(53)は、前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)の前記支持部(40)の支持表面板ディスク(42)上に載置可能であるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインサート(50)。 - 前記インサート(50)は自己切断式インサート(50)であり、その内側インサートリング(51)は少なくとも部分的に、アブレーシブコーティングおよび/または鋸歯型幾何形状(51.3)を設けられており、その外側インサートリング(52)は少なくとも部分的に、アブレーシブコーティングおよび/または鋸歯型幾何形状(52.3)を設けられており、これらのアブレーシブコーティングおよび/または鋸歯型幾何形状は、前記インサート(50)をその回転軸(R)を中心として回転させることによって、第1の表面板(10)を切り開き、前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)の軽量芯材(15)内に切り込むことによって、前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)内にインサート切り欠き(30)の内側切り欠き(31)および外側切り欠き(32)を切るように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のインサート(50)。
- 前記インサート(50)は、切り欠き(30)内に導入されると、前記インサート(50)を前記切り欠き(30)内に接着するように配置および構成されている自給式接着剤(56)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のインサート(50)。
- −前記自給式接着剤(56)は、前記内側インサートリング(51)と前記外側インサートリング(52)との間の前記インサートトレンチ(54)内に設けられており、
−前記インサート(50)は、前記トレンチ(54)から前記外側インサートリング(52)を通じて延伸する少なくとも1つのチャネル(57)を備え、前記チャネル(57)は、前記インサート(50)が前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)の前記切り欠き(30)内にフィットされたときに、前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)の前記の内側切り欠き(31)と前記外側切り欠き(32)との間の前記第1の表面板(10)内に形成される前記支持表面板ディスク(42)が、前記少なくとも1つのチャネル(57)を通じて前記接着剤(56)を圧迫するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のインサート(50)。 - 前記少なくとも1つのチャネル(57)は好ましくは、前記インサート(50)の回転軸(R)に対して或る角度で設けられ、それによって、前記インサート(50)が前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)の前記切り欠き(30)内に挿入されると、前記接着剤(56)が前記外側インサートリング(52)の周にわたって、少なくとも部分的に分散されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のインサート。
- 前記インサート(50)が前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)の切り欠き(30)内に挿入されたときに、前記インサート(50)を自動位置合わせするために、前記内側インサートリング(51)は先細り円錐断面(51.5)を備え、および/または、前記外側インサートリング(52)は先細り円錐断面(52.5)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のインサート。
- 前記インサート(50)は、構成要素を前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)内に付着させ、および/または、前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)に対して固定するための治具(100)を受け入れるためのインサート受け入れ領域(55)を備え、前記インサート受け入れ領域(55)は好ましくは、中にネジ止めされている前記治具(100)が振動に起因して緩むのを防止するために、変形ネジ山が少なくとも部分的に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のインサート。
- 軽量支持構造(1)を製造する方法であって、
−複合サンドイッチパネル(5)を提供するステップであって、前記複合サンドイッチパネルは、
−第1の表面板(10)と、
−前記第1の表面板(10)に付着されている軽量芯材(15)と
を備える、ステップと、
−回転対称インサート(50)をその回転軸(R)を中心として回転させることによって、前記第1の表面板(10)を切り開き、前記軽量芯材(15)内に切り込むことによって、前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)内に、基本的に回転対称で基本的に同心の内側切り欠き(31)および外側切り欠き(32)を切るステップであって、前記インサート(50)は、少なくとも部分的にアブレーシブコーティングおよび/または鋸歯型幾何形状(51.3、52.3)を設けられている内側インサートリング(51)および外側インサートリング(52)を備える、ステップと、
−前記内側切り欠き(31)および前記外側切り欠き(32)を切ることによって、中間に支持部(40)を提供するステップであって、前記支持部(40)は、前記軽量芯材(15)から切り出される芯材支持部(41)と、前記第1の表面板(10)から切り出される、上部の支持表面板ディスク(42)とを含む、ステップと、
− 構成要素の前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)内への負荷付与および/または前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)に対する固定のために前記インサート(50)を前記切り欠き(30)内にフィットさせるステップと
を含み、
前記切り欠き(30)は、前記インサート(50)を受け入れるように構成されており、前記支持部(40)は、前記インサート(50)を前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)内で安定させるように構成されている、軽量支持構造(1)を製造する方法。 - 前記インサート(50)を前記切り欠き(30)内にフィットさせるステップは、
−前記インサート(50)の前記内側インサートリング(51)を、前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)の前記内側切り欠き(31)内にフィットさせることと、
−前記インサート(50)の前記外側インサートリング(52)を、前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)の前記外側切り欠き(32)内にフィットさせることと、
−前記内側インサートリング(51)を前記外側インサートリング(52)と接続する、前記インサート(50)のインサート接続部(53)を、前記支持部(40)の前記支持表面板ディスク(42)上に載置することと
を含み、
フィットされると、前記インサート(50)は、好ましくは、前記内側インサートリング(51)の先細り円錐断面(51.5)および/または前記外側インサートリング(52)の先細り円錐断面(52.5)を用いて、前記切り欠き(30)と自動位置合わせされることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の軽量支持構造(1)を製造する方法。 - 前記インサート(50)を前記切り欠き(30)内にフィットさせるステップは、
a)前記支持表面板ディスク(42)に対して圧力をかける前記インサート接続部(53)を用いて前記芯材支持部(41)を圧縮するステップであって、前記芯材支持部(41)は好ましくは、前記インサート接続部(53)の厚さ(D)に等しい圧縮(Δ)によって圧縮される、ステップと、
b)前記インサート(50)の上面と前記第1の表面板(10)との間の高低差(U)を測定するステップと、
c)前記圧縮(Δ)を増大させるステップと、
d)前記高低差(U)が所定の高低差許容範囲を下回るまで、すなわち、前記インサート(50)が前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)内部で水平の状態になるまで、ステップa)〜c)を反復するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の軽量支持構造(1)を製造する方法。 - 前記回転対称インサート(50)は、形状フィットおよび/もしくは圧力ばめおよび/もしくははんだ付けおよび/もしくはろう付けおよび/もしくは溶接、ならびに/または、接着剤を用いて、好ましくは、前記内側インサートリング(51)および前記外側インサートリング(52)の間に設けられる接着剤(56)を用いて前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)の前記切り欠き(30)内にフィットされ、
前記外側インサートリング(52)を通じて、前記内側インサートリング(51)と前記外側インサートリング(52)との間に設けられているトレンチ(54)から延伸する少なくとも1つのチャネル(57)は、前記インサート(50)が前記複合サンドイッチパネル(5)の前記切り欠き(30)内にフィットされると、前記支持表面板ディスク(42)が前記接着剤(56)を、前記少なくとも1つのチャネル(57)を通じて圧迫するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の軽量支持構造(1)を製造する方法。
