Description
本発明は、漏れ防止のための電池蓋及びマニホールドあるいは排気カバーに関する。
以下に述べるような1つまたは複数の利点またはその他の利点を有する、本発明で開示する電池蓋と排気カバー、あるいはそれに類似のものを提供することは望ましい。
1.電池内で発生したガスを、外部へ安全に排気させる、電池蓋と排気カバー。
2.製造費および/または材料費に関して、原価(労賃、および設備コストなど)の安い電池蓋と排気カバー。
3.追加の電解液および/または水を補充可能な、電池蓋と排気カバー。
4.転倒にも対応可能な電池蓋と排気カバー。
5.電池の製造時に電池の外表面を洗浄および/または乾燥する際に、水および/または洗浄剤が電池の内部に入ることを防止する、電池蓋と排気カバー。
6.洗浄プロセスの間、またはその前に、第1の位置に据え付けられ、洗浄プロセスの後には、第2の位置に据え付けることが可能な、電池蓋と排気カバー。
7.簡単な押しつけまたは加圧プロセスで据え付け可能な、電池蓋と排気カバー。
8.電池が傾いたときに、一連の邪魔板と管路を利用して、電池の電解液が電池蓋と排気カバーを通って進行することを制限する、電池蓋と排気カバー。
9.電池蓋に対して取り外し自在に連結される排気カバーを含む、電池蓋と排気カバー。
10.カスケード式充填器や他の充填器が、設備の長さ/速度の範囲内で、電池のセル内に十分な酸を供給できるようにする、電池蓋と排気カバー。
Claims (10)
- 電池蓋により画定される1つまたは複数の注液口と、
前記1つまたは複数の注液口を覆うとともに、電池内部で発生し前記注液口から放出されたガスを外部へ排気するガス排気口を有する排気カバーと、
前記排気カバーに設けられ、前記排気カバーが前記電池蓋に取り付けられた状態で前記注液口へ挿入される1つまたは複数の排気筒と、
前記排気カバー内における前記1つまたは複数の排気筒と前記ガス排気口との間に設けられたラビリンスと、
を備え、
前記ラビリンスは、前記複数の排気筒の間の流路を形成する複数の邪魔板、水平張り出し又は障害物によって形成されているとともに、前記1つまたは複数の排気筒を取り囲み、電池が正立状態から動いたときに電池ハウジングと排気カバー内に電解液を閉じ込め、電池が正立状態に戻ったときに電解液を案内して電池ハウジングの中に戻すように形成されている
電池。 - 前記排気カバーに設けられた1つまたは複数の第1のスナップ機構を有し、前記1つまたは複数の第1のスナップ機構は、前記電池が正立状態にある場合において電池蓋の上面から見て第1の深さにある第1の位置において、前記電池蓋内の1つまたは複数の凹部と噛み合うことにより、前記第1の位置に前記排気カバーを据え付けられるようにする、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記排気カバーに設けられた1つまたは複数の第2のスナップ機構を有し、前記1つまたは複数の第2のスナップ機構は、前記第1の位置とは異なる深さにある第2の位置において、前記電池蓋内の1つまたは複数の凹部と噛み合うことにより、前記第2の位置に前記排気カバーを据え付けられるようにする、請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記排気カバーが前記第2の位置にある場合、第1のスナップ機構は、前記排気カバーが前記第1の位置にある場合に前記1つまたは複数の第1のスナップ機構と噛み合う前記1つまたは複数の凹部を越えて伸びる、請求項3に記載の電池。
- 前記排気カバーが前記第2の位置にある場合、前記排気カバーの上面は、前記電池蓋の上面の少なくとも一部と同じ高さである、請求項3に記載の電池。
- 前記第1のスナップ機構または第2のスナップ機構は、前記排気カバーの前記電池蓋への据え付け、取り外しを可能とする、請求項2または3に記載の電池。
- 前記電池の内容積部分と外部環境との間に漏れ防止密封構造を更に備える、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記排気カバー内に設けられた1つまたは複数の排気筒と、
前記1つまたは複数の排気筒の外側面上に、前記排気筒の周方向に延在すように設けられた突起リングと、
を更に備え、
前記排気筒は、前記1つまたは複数の注液口の中に備えられ、かつ前記突起リングが前記突起リングと前記1つまたは複数の注液口の内壁との間の液密の密封構造の供与を支援する、請求項1に記載の電池。 - 前記排気カバーの適切に整列された据え付けのみを可能とするために、1つまたは複数の楔機構を更に含む、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記楔機構は、前記排気カバーと電池蓋が適切に整列されると噛み合う、排気カバー上の凹部と電池蓋上の突起とを備える、請求項9に記載の電池。
