液体及びガス搬送システムは、医療装置から空気清浄機に至る多数の異なる分野において多数の役割を果たす。従来の搬送システムは、頻繁に、ポンプにいくらかの多様性を伴う。異なる強み及び弱点を有する多数の異なる種類のポンプが存在する。

前記搬送側フレキシブル障壁要素が前記搬送側剛体部に向かう方向に偏ることに応答して、前記搬送物質が前記搬送チャンバから出ることを可能にする搬送開口とを具えた配向非依存性搬送装置であって、
前記ガス側剛体部と前記搬送側剛体部とを一緒に密着させて単一の統一体にした場合に、前記配向非依存性搬送装置の格納中及び使用中に前記統一体が一定の体積を規定する配向非依存性搬送装置。 - 前記ガス側フレキシブル障壁要素が、標準状態において、前記ガスセルが発生するガスに対して7.4〜0.002cm2/s・Paの浸透率を有する材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ガス側フレキシブル障壁要素が、前記ガスセルが発生するガスと反応しない材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送側フレキシブル障壁要素が、標準状態において、前記ガスセルが発生するガスに対して7.4〜0.002cm2/s・Paの搬送物質浸透率を有する材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送側フレキシブル障壁要素が、前記搬送物質と反応しない材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ガスチャンバが前記搬送チャンバに密着していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ガス側フレキシブル障壁要素が、緩衝物質によって前記搬送側フレキシブル障壁要素から分離されて、摩擦を低減することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記ガス側フレキシブル障壁要素が、前記搬送側フレキシブル障壁要素に直接接触していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送開口に結合されて、前記搬送物質の搬送場所への搬送を促進する分散構造をさらに具えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ガスセルが電気化学セルを具えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電気化学セルが水素ガスを発生することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記ガス側剛体部と前記搬送側剛体部とが着脱可能に付け合わせられて、前記第1の周囲が前記第2の周囲と一致した位置にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ガス側フレキシブル障壁要素が剛性構造を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ガス側フレキシブル障壁要素の前記剛性構造は、当該ガス側フレキシブル障壁要素が前記ガス側剛体部に対して完全に倒れ込んだ際に当該ガス側フレキシブル障壁要素が前記ガスセルに接触することを防止するように構成され配置されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
