Description
この発明は、概して、心臓弁の交換および修復の分野に関する。より特定的には、本発明は、心臓弁インプラントを保持するための医療用装置、心臓弁インプラントを保持する方法、このような医療用装置の操作のためのツールを含むキット、および心臓弁インプラントを保持するための支持ツールに関する。
病変した僧帽弁および三尖弁には頻繁に交換または修復が必要となる。僧帽弁および三尖弁の弁尖もしくは支持用脊索は、劣化し脆くなっている可能性があるか、または、弁輪は拡張して弁漏れを引起こす可能性がある。僧帽弁および三尖弁の交換および修復は、弁形成リングを用いて行われることが多く、この弁形成リングを用いて、弁輪の直径を縮小するか、他の任意の方法によって弁輪の幾何学的形状を変更するか、または、弁の置換術もしくは修復術中に全体的な支持構造として支援をもたらす。このような弁形成リングもしくは他の弁形成インプラントまたは心臓弁インプラントは、一般には、たとえば置換弁などであって、さまざまなツールによって適所に配置される。
本発明の実施の形態が可能となるこれらおよび他の局面、特徴および利点は、添付の図面が参照されている本発明の実施の形態の以下の説明から明らかになり、明確になるだろう。

Claims (8)
- 心臓弁インプラント(101)を保持するための医療用装置(100)であって、
前記心臓弁インプラントを適合させることのできる湾曲を備えた周端縁(103)を規定する細長い支持部(102)を備え、
前記細長い支持部は、前記心臓弁インプラントを前記装置において適所に弾力的に保持するための弾性部分(104)を含み、
前記細長い支持部は、少なくとも1つの中央開口部(105)を備えたリング形状であり、
前記リング形状は、前記細長い支持部が2つの自由端(106,107)を含むように不連続であり、
前記不連続なリング形状は、前記自由端が軸方向にオフセットされる(113)ように三次元の経路(118)に概ね追従し、
前記支持部は、第1の構成において拡張された円周(C)と、第2の構成において縮小された円周(C´)とを有し、前記第2の構成と第1の構成との間での前記支持部の径方向の移動により、前記湾曲を前記心臓弁インプラントに少なくとも部分的に沿わせて、前記心臓弁インプラントを適所に保持し、
前記第1の構成が緩められ、前記第2の構成が圧縮され、前記径方向の移動は、前記第2の構成から前記第1の構成への径方向への拡張である、医療用装置。 - 前記細長い支持部は、前記弾性部分を規定するよう可撓性がある、請求項1に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記自由端の各々は、前記圧縮された第2の構成において前記自由端を互いに向かって圧縮するために、ツール(200)を受けるよう適合された係合面(108,109)を有する係合部分(106,107)を含む、請求項1に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記係合部分および前記係合面は、前記細長い支持部の前記周端縁から径方向に延在する、請求項3に記載の医療用装置。
- 位置決めツール(200)との係合のための制御部材(110)を含み、前記制御部材は球面(117)を含む、請求項4に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記制御部材は、前記自由端のうち、前記中央開口部から中心を外れた1つの前記自由端に固定され、前記係合部分は、前記周端縁から径方向内側に延在し、前記制御部材は前記係合部分のうちの1つの係合部分の端部(111)に固定される、請求項5に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記細長い支持部は、前記心臓弁インプラントを受けるよう寸法決めされた前記周端縁に沿った径方向外側の開口部または溝(112)を含み、
および/または、
前記湾曲は、前記湾曲が、対応する三次元の経路に延在する前記心臓弁インプラントに沿うように三次元の経路(118)に概ね追従する、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の医療用装置。 - 前記細長い支持部は、前記周端縁に沿った摩擦低減シース(115)を含み、前記摩擦低減シース(115)は、前記装置によって適所に保持されたとき、前記心臓弁インプラントの一部を覆うよう径方向に延在する、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の医療用装置。
