Claims (2)
- 一方の配管部材の一端側に設けられた円筒状の第1の継手部材と、他方の配管部材の一端側に設けられた円筒状の第2の継手部材とを備え、第1の継手部材の内周面側に第2の継手部材を配置するとともに、第1の継手部材と第2の継手部材とを軸方向複数箇所に配置された第1、第2及び第3のシール部材を介して軸方向に摺動自在に結合した管継手構造において、
前記第2の継手部材を径方向に一直線状に貫通する連通孔を介して第2の継手部材内に連通し、第1の継手部材内で第2の継手部材が受ける軸方向の流体圧力と反対方向の流体圧力を各継手部材に付与する圧力室を備え、
前記第1の継手部材を、一方の配管部材側に設けられる管状部材と、管状部材の一端側に設けられた円筒状部材とから形成するとともに、管状部材の一端側の外周面に設けた拡径部に円筒状部材の一端側の内周面を接合し、
前記圧力室を、第1の継手部材の円筒状部材の内周面と、第2の継手部材の外周面と、第1の継手部材の円筒状部材の他端側の内周面に設けた縮径部と、第2の継手部材の外周面に設けた拡径部によって囲まれた空間に形成し、
圧力室内の軸方向の受圧面と第1の継手部材内における第2の継手部材の軸方向の受圧面とを互いに等しい面積になるように形成し、
第1の継手部材の円筒状部材の内周面と、第2の継手部材の外周面と、第1の継手部材の管状部材の前記拡径部と、第2の継手部材の前記拡径部によって囲まれた空間に、第1の継手部材の円筒状部材を径方向に一直線状に貫通する通気孔を介して空気が外部との間で出入りするように構成し、
前記第1のシール部材を第1の継手部材の前記拡径部の内周面に設けた環状凹部と第2の継手部材の外周面との間に配置し、
前記第2のシール部材を第1の継手部材の前記縮径部の内周面に設けた環状凹部と第2の継手部材の外周面との間に配置し、
前記第3のシール部材を第2の継手部材の前記拡径部の外周面に設けた環状凹部と第1の継手部材の円筒状部材の内周面との間に配置した
ことを特徴とする管継手構造。 - 前記圧力室の受圧面を縮径部の軸方向一端面によって形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の管継手構造。
