Claims (8)
- 周期的に動作する複数の細胞からなる細胞群を、撮像範囲を変更して撮像する撮像部と、
前記周期的な動作の各周期において同位相となるタイミングに基づく情報を取得する位相情報取得部と、
前記各撮像範囲の画像を並べて合成画像を生成する合成画像生成部と、
を備え、
前記合成画像生成部が、前記同位相の画像を並べて前記合成画像を生成し、
前記撮像部が、前記撮像部を次の撮像範囲に移動させる移動時間より長く、前記同位相となるタイミングの間隔の整数倍となるタイミングで、前記撮像部が前記各撮像範囲についてそれぞれ同位相の画像を撮像する、
細胞撮像装置。 - 前記同位相となるタイミングの設定入力を受け付ける同位相タイミング受付部を備えた、
請求項1記載の細胞撮像装置。 - 前記細胞群が心筋細胞群であって、
前記位相情報取得部が、前記心筋細胞群の拍動における収縮タイミングまたは弛緩タイミングを取得する、
請求項1または請求項2記載の細胞撮像装置。 - 前記位相情報取得部が、前記収縮タイミングと前記弛緩タイミングとの両方を取得し、
前記撮像部が、前記各撮像範囲について前記収縮タイミングおよび前記弛緩タイミングの両方のタイミングで画像を撮像し、
前記合成画像生成部が、前記各撮像範囲の前記収縮タイミングの画像を並べて第1の合成画像を生成し、かつ前記各撮像範囲の前記弛緩タイミングの画像を並べて第2の合成画像を生成する、
請求項3記載の細胞撮像装置。 - 前記細胞群が心筋細胞群であって、
前記心筋細胞群の周期的な動作である拍動を検出する拍動検出部を備え、
前記位相情報取得部が、前記拍動の情報に基づいて前記同位相となるタイミングに基づく情報を取得する、
請求項1または2記載の細胞撮像装置。 - 前記拍動検出部は前記心筋細胞群の電位を計測することで、前記心筋細胞群の周期的な動作である拍動を検出し、
前記位相情報取得部は、前記拍動における収縮タイミングまたは弛緩タイミングを、前記周期的な動作の各周期において同位相となるタイミングに基づく情報として取得する、
請求項5に記載の細胞撮像装置。 - 前記撮像部が、前記同位相の画像の撮像の前に、前記各撮像範囲について複数回の撮像を行い、
前記位相情報取得部が、前記複数回の撮像によって取得された画像に基づいて、前記同位相となるタイミングに基づく情報を取得する、
請求項1または2記載の細胞撮像装置。 - 周期的に動作する複数の細胞からなる細胞群を、撮像範囲を変更して撮像部で撮像する細胞撮像方法において、
前記周期的な動作の各周期における同位相となるタイミングに基づく情報を取得し、
前記撮像部を次の撮像範囲に移動させる時間より長く、前記同位相となるタイミングの間隔の整数倍となるタイミングで、前記各撮像範囲についてそれぞれ同位相の画像を撮像し、
前記各撮像範囲の同位相の画像を並べて合成画像を生成する、
細胞撮像方法。
