Claims (4)
- 親カテーテルの基端側開口部から挿入されて該親カテーテルの先端側開口部から突出させて用いられる子カテーテルにおいて、
基端側から先端側に向かって延びるプロキシマルシャフトの先端部分に対してディスタールシャフトが設けられたラピッドエクスチェンジタイプとされていると共に、
該プロキシマルシャフトに沿って線状部材が配されており、該線状部材を基端側から操作することで先端側において該ディスタールシャフトの外周面から該線状部材が突出して前記親カテーテルの内周面に押し付けられる当接部が設けられていることを特徴とする子カテーテル。 - 前記ディスタールシャフトの外周面に開口して設けられたスリット状窓部を通じて、前記線状部材の前記当接部が該ディスタールシャフトの外周面から突出されるようになっている請求項1に記載の子カテーテル。
- 前記プロキシマルシャフトが中空構造とされて該プロキシマルシャフトの内腔に前記線状部材が挿通配置されている請求項1又は2に記載の子カテーテル。
- 前記線状部材の前記当接部において、前記親カテーテルの内周面に対する係合力を増大させる外周面構造として、非円形の断面形状と表面処理との少なくとも一方が採用されている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の子カテーテル。
