Description
Claims (4)
- 作業エリアを自律走行しながら作業機で芝刈り作業を実施する自律走行作業車の制御装置において、
ユーザによって設定された芝刈り作業の設定刈り高さを入力する設定刈り高さ入力部と、
前記設定刈り高さ入力部で入力された設定刈り高さに基づいて前記設定刈り高さより高位側に目標刈り高さを設定すると共に、前記設定刈り高さに到達するまで、前記目標刈り高さを所定量ずつ下げるように変更する目標刈り高さ設定部と、
前記目標刈り高さ設定部で設定された目標刈り高さに基づいて前記作業機の接地面からの高さを調節する刈り高さ調節部とを備え、
前記目標刈り高さ設定部は、前記設定刈り高さに到達しないときは前記目標刈り高さを前記所定量ずつ下げると共に、前記所定量下げても前記設定刈り高さに到達しないときは前記目標設定刈り高さを前記所定量より大きな規定量ずつ下げ、前記所定量ずつ下げても前記設定刈り高さに到達しないときは、前記目標設定刈り高さと現状の高さの差分が前記規定量以上の場合、前記目標設定刈り高さを前記規定量ずつ下げることを特徴とする自律走行作業車の制御装置。 - 作業エリアを自律走行しながら作業機で芝刈り作業を実施する自律走行作業車の制御装置において、
ユーザによって設定された芝刈り作業の設定刈り高さを入力する設定刈り高さ入力部と、
前記作業機の負荷を検出する負荷検出部と、
前記設定刈り高さ入力部で入力された設定刈り高さに基づいて前記負荷検出部で検出された作業機の負荷が所定値より大きいときは上げる一方、前記負荷検出部で検出された作業機の負荷が前記所定値より小さいときは下げるように目標刈り高さを設定すると共に、前記設定刈り高さに到達するまで、前記目標刈り高さを所定量ずつ下げるように変更する目標刈り高さ設定部と、
前記目標刈り高さ設定部で設定された目標刈り高さに基づいて前記作業機の接地面からの高さを調節する刈り高さ調節部とを備え、
前記目標刈り高さ設定部は、前記設定刈り高さに到達しないときは前記目標刈り高さを前記所定量ずつ下げると共に、前記所定量下げても前記設定刈り高さに到達しないときは前記目標設定刈り高さを前記所定量より大きな規定量ずつ下げ、前記所定量ずつ下げても前記設定刈り高さに到達しないときは、前記目標設定刈り高さと現状の高さの差分が前記規定量以上の場合、前記目標設定刈り高さを前記規定量ずつ下げることを特徴とする自律走行作業車の制御装置。 - 前記所定値は、既定期間における前記作業機の負荷の平均値であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の自律走行作業車の制御装置。
- 前記作業車はメインスイッチを備え、前記設定刈り高さ入力部は、前記メインスイッチがオンされたとき、前記設定刈り高さを入力することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の自律走行作業車の制御装置。
