・泡質試験
0.5gの試料を水に溶解し10質量%水溶液として調製し、マグネチックスターラー(REXIM RP-1A、アズワン社製)を用いて1分間攪拌(1500rpm)し、泡を形成させた。その後、カバープレート上に泡を適量移し、プレパラートをのせ、光学顕微鏡(100倍)にて泡の大きさを観察した。泡の大きさは、任意の視野の任意の気泡10個について、気泡の長軸と短軸の長さの相加平均を泡の大きさとみなし、以下の基準により評価を行った。泡の大きさが小さい程、クリーミィな泡であることを意味する。
・ Foam quality test

専門パネラー4名に対し、実施例及び比較例に示す試料を使用して洗顔をしてもらい、洗顔10分後に「洗い上がりのさっぱり感」、「洗い上がりのつっぱらなさ」の2項目に関して以下の基準により評価してもらい、その平均点(小数点第1位を四捨五入)を示した。
