Claims (9)
- ガンマ線検出器(24)であって、
複数のシンチレータ結晶を有するシンチレータブロック(30)、および
前記シンチレータ結晶に結合され複数のマイクロセル(64)を有する複数の光センサ(34)であって、それぞれが
前記マイクロセルに接続された第1のセットの信号トレース(68)と、
前記第1のセットの信号トレースに沿って接続され、加算信号トレース(74、84)への信号経路を一緒に形成する第2のセットの信号トレース(72)であって、前記第1のセットの信号トレース(68)と信号経路に沿った加算信号トレース(74)との間に挿入され、前記第1のセットの信号トレース(68)から前記加算信号トレース(74)へ加算信号を提供する第2のセットの信号トレース(72)と、
前記加算信号トレースに接続されたピンアウト(76、86)と
を有する複数の光センサ(34)
を含み、
前記ピンアウト(86)は、前記光センサ(34)の真ん中に配置される、ガンマ線検出器(24)。 - 前記第2のセットの信号トレース(72)は、複数のマイクロセル(64)間に前記第1のセットの信号トレース(68)に沿って周期的に間隔を置いて配置される、請求項1記載のガンマ線検出器(24)。
- 前記第2のセットの信号トレース(72)は、前記第1のセットの信号トレース(68)を横切って並べられる、請求項1記載のガンマ線検出器(24)。
- 前記第2のセットの信号トレース(72)および前記加算信号トレース(74、84)は、両方とも前記第1のセットの信号トレース(68)の厚さより厚い、請求項1記載のガンマ線検出器(24)。
- 前記加算信号トレース(74)は、前記第2のセットの信号トレース(72)の端部に沿って配置される、請求項1記載のガンマ線検出器(24)。
- 前記加算信号トレース(74)は、前記第2のセットの信号トレース(72)の端部間に配置される、請求項1記載のガンマ線検出器(24)。
- 前記ピンアウト(76)は、前記第2のセットの信号トレース(72)の信号経路の一つの端部において前記加算信号トレース(74)に沿って配置される、請求項1記載のガンマ線検出器(24)。
- 前記ピンアウト(86)から前記光センサ(34)の縁部までの出力信号トレース(90)をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか一項記載のガンマ線検出器(24)。
- 前記光センサを貫通するように設けられた貫通ビアであって、前記ピンアウトに接続された貫通ビアをさらに含む、請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか一項記載のガンマ線検出器(24)。
