Claims (10)
- 表面と裏面と連続的な周縁とを有する実質的に平面状のシートを備え、
該平面状のシートは、ステンレス鋼からなる第1金属層と、第1金属層に直に隣接して貼り付けられた第2層とを含み、
前記第1金属層は、ダイヤモンドライクカーボンがコーティングされ、かつ、前記表面じゅうにテキストの繰り返しの列からなるエッチングされたインターロッキングストリップを有して前記表面全体に編んだ織物の外観を与え、
前記第2層は、前記裏面において編んだ炭素繊維層を含み、
前記第1金属層の厚さは前記第2層の厚さよりも厚いトランザクションカード。 - トランザクションカードを作製する方法であって、
第1のシートの裏面にテキストを印刷する工程にして、前記第1のシートが編んだ炭素繊維からなる工程と、
第2のシートにダイヤモンドライクカーボンをコーティングする工程にして、前記第2のシートがステンレス鋼からなる工程と、
前記第2のシートにわたってテキストの繰り返しの列からなるインターロッキングストリップをエッチングして表面全体に編んだ織物の外観を与える工程と、
前記第1のシートを前記第2のシートに直に隣接するように貼り付ける工程にして、前記第2のシートの表面が第1のシートから離れる方を向く工程と、
署名パネル、磁気ストリップ及びホログラムをトランザクションカードの裏面に熱間スタンプする工程とを含む方法。 - 前記トランザクションカードの表面にデザインを付加する工程を更に含む請求項2の方法。
- 前記インターロッキングストリップのテキストは、「BLACK CARD」の列挙を含む請求項3の方法。
- 前記デザインを付加する工程はエッチングを含む請求項3の方法。
- 前記デザインを付加する工程は刻印を含む請求項3の方法。
- トランザクションカードに無線周波数識別(RFID)チップを取り付ける工程を更に含む請求項2の方法。
- 前記実質的に平面状のシートは透明部分を含む請求項1のトランザクションカード。
- 前記透明部分は光学的に認識可能な層を含む請求項8のトランザクションカード。
- 前記透明部分は赤外線遮断インクを含む請求項8のトランザクションカード。
