Claims (10)
- 管状に形成され、後方端に係止溝(11A)が形成された前方ケース(11)、前記前方ケース(11)に結合され、後方端にボタンホール(12A)が形成された中央ケース(12)、及び前記中央ケース(12)に結合され、中央にボタンホール(12A)と接触するボタン溝(13A)の前方に貫通ホール(13B)が形成された後方ケース(13)からなるケース(10)と、
前記貫通ホール(13B)に挿入される係止段(14A)の後方にボタン(14B)が突出して伸び、前記ボタン(14B)は後方ケース(13)のボタン溝(13A)に設置される弾性体(14C)によって支持され、押圧後に復元し、係止段(14A)が形成されたロック部材(14)と、
前記ケース(10)の内部に挿入され、長手方向に移動する管状の作動具(20)と、
前記作動具(20)の内部に挿入され、ケース(10)に係止されるインナーワイヤ(30)と、
前記インナーワイヤ(30)を取り囲んだ状態で挿入され、作動具(20)の前方に固定される外部チューブ(50)と、
外部チューブ(50)に形成され、弾性材の引張力の作用時に収縮して拡径可能な可変部(40)を含んでなることを特徴とする、人体内腔施術用装置。 - 前記作動具(20)は長い胴体管(21)の上部に着脱されるキャップ(22)を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人体内腔施術用装置。
- 前記作動具(20)の胴体管(21)は、前方側中央にワイヤホール(23A)が貫設され、
前記作動具(20)の後方側にワイヤホール(23A)と連通するように長手方向に切開部(24)が形成され、
前記切開部(24)の一側切開線に沿ってロック部材(14)の係止段(14A)に係止される係止段溝(24C)が多数形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の人体内腔施術用装置。 - 前記切開部(24)には、インナーワイヤ(30)が通過するワイヤホール(23A)に隣接した部分に切開部(24)より大きな面積に拡張形成された設置部(25)が設けられ、
前記設置部(25)には中央に長孔(26A)が形成された四角形のストッパー(26)が結合されるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の人体内腔施術用装置。 - 前記切開部(24)の両側内面(24A)には長手方向にガイド溝(24B)が向かい合うように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の人体内腔施術用装置。
- 前記ガイド溝(24B)には切開部(24)の内部に挿入されるスプリング状の弾性部材(27)の外周面が支持されるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の人体内腔施術用装置。
- 前記インナーワイヤ(30)は、作動具(20)を貫く末端に連結される係止具(31)が一体に固定されて前方ケース(11)の係止溝(11A)に係止されるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人体内腔施術用装置。
- 前記インナーワイヤ(30)は、作動具(20)を通過する後方部分はワイヤ(32)から形成されて係止具(31)に一体に結合され、
前記ワイヤ(32)の前方には板状ワイヤ(33)が一体に形成されて前方チューブチップ(51)に連結されるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の人体内腔施術用装置。 - 前記外部チューブ(50)は前方チューブチップ(51)と後方チューブ(52)とからなり、弾性材の引張力の作用時に収縮して拡径可能な可変部(40)の前方に連結される前方チューブチップ(51)はインナーワイヤ(30)の末端に連結され、可変部(40)の後方に連結される後方チューブ(52)は作動具(20)の前方に固定されるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人体内腔施術用装置。
- 前記後方ケース(13)に形成された前記ロック部材(14)の前記ボタン(14B)を押圧すると、前記弾性体(14C)が一緒に押圧され、前記係止段(14A)が前記作動具(20)の前記係止段溝(24C)から離脱するとともに前記弾性部材(27)が弾性力によって伸ばされ、前記弾性部材(27)の伸張による弾性力によって前記作動具(20)は前記係止具(31)に支持された状態で後方に元の位置に移動することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人体内腔施術用装置。
