Claims (7)
- 車両前部に設けられるモータルームに配置され、燃料ガスと酸化剤ガスとの電気化学反応により発電する燃料電池スタックと、
車両後部に配置され、前記燃料ガスが貯留される燃料タンクと、
前記燃料電池スタックと前記燃料タンクとを接続する燃料供給配管と、
を備える燃料電池車両であって、
前記燃料供給配管は、一端が前記燃料電池スタックに固定されるとともに、他端が車体側取り付け部に固定される弾性配管部を有し、
前記弾性配管部の前記他端と前記車体側取り付け部とは、所定の印加荷重により前記燃料電池スタックが前記車体側取り付け部から相対的に離間する際、該弾性配管部の該他端が前記車体側取り付け部から離脱するように、固定機構により固定されていることを特徴とする燃料電池車両。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池車両であって、前記固定機構は、前記弾性配管部の前記他端に設けられる配管側連結部と、
前記車体側取り付け部に設けられる車体側連結部と、
前記配管側連結部と前記車体側連結部とを固定するリベットと、
を備え、
前記リベットのせん断荷重は、前記弾性配管部の破断荷重よりも小さい値に設定されていることを特徴とする燃料電池車両。 - 請求項2記載の燃料電池車両であって、前記リベットにより互いに固定される前記配管側連結部の固定部位と前記車体側連結部の固定部位とは、前記燃料電池スタックが前記車体側取り付け部から相対的に離間する方向に延在して重なり合っていることを特徴とする燃料電池車両。
- 請求項1記載の燃料電池車両であって、前記固定機構は、前記弾性配管部の前記他端に設けられる配管側連結部と、
前記車体側取り付け部に設けられる車体側連結部と、
前記配管側連結部と前記車体側連結部とを固定するゴムマウントと、
を備えていることを特徴とする燃料電池車両。 - 請求項4記載の燃料電池車両であって、前記配管側連結部又は前記車体側連結部には、前記燃料電池スタックが前記車体側取り付け部から相対的に離間する方向に延在し、前記ゴムマウントから離脱可能な切り欠き部が形成されていることを特徴とする燃料電池車両。
- 請求項4記載の燃料電池車両であって、前記ゴムマウントは、前記燃料電池スタックが前記車体側取り付け部から相対的に離間する際、前記配管側連結部又は前記車体側連結部から離脱可能な状態で装着されていることを特徴とする燃料電池車両。
- 請求項1記載の燃料電池車両であって、前記固定機構は、前記弾性配管部の前記他端に設けられる配管側連結部と、
前記車体側取り付け部に設けられる車体側連結部と、
を備え、
前記配管側連結部と前記車体側連結部とが互いに固定されるとともに、前記配管側連結部又は前記車体側連結部には、前記燃料電池スタックが前記車体側取り付け部から相対的に離間する際、破断して前記固定機構による固定機能を解除する強度低下部位が設けられていることを特徴とする燃料電池車両。
