Claims (5)
- 第1主面及び第2主面を有する圧電フィルムと、
可撓性を有する基材と、
前記第1主面に接続する第1幅広部と、前記第1幅広部に接続する第1幅狭部とを有し、前記基材上に設けられた第1電極と、
前記第2主面に接続する第2電極と、
前記第1幅広部と前記第1幅狭部との第1境界を被覆する被覆部材と、を備え、
前記圧電フィルムは、前記第1電極の前記第1幅広部のうち、前記被覆部材に被覆されている部分と前記被覆部材に被覆されていない部分との第2境界を被覆する、圧電デバイス。 - 前記圧電フィルムはさらに、前記第1境界を被覆する、請求項1に記載の圧電デバイス。
- 前記第2電極に接続する第2幅広部と、前記第2幅広部に接続する第2幅狭部とを有し、前記基材上に設けられた第3電極を備え、
前記被覆部材は、前記第2幅広部と前記第2幅狭部との第3境界を被覆し、
前記第2電極は、前記第3電極の前記第2幅広部のうち、前記被覆部材に被覆されている部分と前記被覆部材に被覆されていない部分との第4境界を被覆する、請求項1又は2に記載の圧電デバイス。 - 前記第2電極はさらに、前記第3境界を被覆する、請求項3に記載の圧電デバイス。
- 筒状の筐体と、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の圧電デバイスと、を備え、
前記基材は、湾曲した状態で前記筐体の内壁面に装着されている、電子機器。
