Description
Claims (15)
- 前記ガス化反応炉内に燃料を搬送するためのデバイスであって、前記デバイスは、バルク材容器と、搬送パイプと、前記搬送パイプ内に配置された機械式搬送装置とを備え、前記バルク材容器の吐出口が、前記搬送パイプの中へ開口しており、前記搬送パイプは、ガス化反応炉の側部送り込み開口部に接続され得る、デバイスにおいて、前記搬送装置が、前記搬送パイプ(3)の第1の円筒状区間(19)内で移動可能に誘導される液圧駆動プランジャによって形成され、また、前記搬送パイプ(3)が、第2の軸線方向区間(20)において圧縮コーン(11)を形成するために、前記燃料の搬送方向に連続的に減少する内部断面を有しており、
前記圧縮コーン(11)を含む前記第2の搬送パイプ区間(20)が、独立した交換可能なパイプ部分(5)として構成され、前記第2の搬送パイプ区間(20)は、それぞれが圧縮度の異なる圧縮コーンを含む複数の交換可能なパイプ部分をさらに含み、使用される前記燃料に応じて、適切な圧縮度を持つパイプ部分を設置することができるようになっていることを特徴とする、デバイス。 - 前記圧縮コーン(11)を含む前記第2の搬送パイプ区間(20)が、前記ガス化反応炉(1)の前記送り込み開口部(12)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記圧縮コーン(11)を含む前記第2の搬送パイプ区間(20)が、継手(13)を間に入れることにより前記ガス化反応炉(1)の前記送り込み開口部(12)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の搬送パイプ区間(19)を形成するパイプ部分、及び、前記第2の交換可能なパイプ部分(5)が、前記搬送パイプの中間区間を形成するアダプタ(14)を介して相互接続され、前記アダプタ(14)が、好ましくは前記搬送パイプ(3)から径方向に取り外し可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記プランジャ(10)が、前記搬送方向におけるその最大作動行程を完了させた後で、前記搬送パイプ(3)内への燃料の進入を完全に遮断することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記搬送パイプ(3)の前記送り込み開口部(12)に隣接した前記ガス化反応炉(1)の端部区間が、冷却デバイスの冷却ジャケット(15)によって取り囲まれ、前記冷却ジャケット(15)が、好ましくは、少なくとも前記圧縮コーン(11)を有して形成された前記搬送パイプ区間を取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の搬送パイプ区間(19)には、締切り弁(18)が備えられ、前記締切り弁(18)は、前記搬送方向に対して垂直に移動させられ得ることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記搬送パイプ(3)が、不活性ガス接続部(28)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記プランジャ(10)の前面が、前記搬送方向に伸張され得る前記プランジャ(10)の部品(25)上に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記バルク材容器(2)がディスチャージ・ホッパーを含み、搬送方向で見たときの前記ディスチャージ・ホッパーの前壁(29)が、好ましくは、前記搬送パイプの軸線の法線と0〜20°、好ましくは5〜15°の角度を成すことを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記搬送方向で見たときの前記ディスチャージ・ホッパーの後壁(30)が、前記搬送パイプの軸線の法線と10〜40°、好ましくは20〜35°の角度を成すことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ディスチャージ・ホッパーの前記吐出開口部(21)の領域内の前記燃料のために、離散デバイス(27)が設けられ、前記離散デバイス(27)が、好ましくは、周囲にわたって分散された複数の空気噴射開口部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載のデバイス。
- 前記搬送パイプ(3)の前記軸線が下方に傾斜され、水平に対して測定された前記傾斜の角度が、好ましくは5°から30°の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記冷却ジャケット(15)に、冷却流体入口(16)及び冷却流体出口(17)が接続され、前記冷却ジャケット(15)から前記冷却流体出口(16)を介して引き込まれた前記冷却流体の温度を測定するために、温度センサ(31)が設けられ、その測定された値が、制御デバイス(32)に送られ、前記制御デバイス(32)が、測定された冷却流体温度に応じて前記冷却流体(17)が搬送される時間単位毎の割合を制御するために、冷却流体循環ポンプ(33)の駆動と協働することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 静止層(7)を収容するためのガス化ゾーン(6)、及び流動層を収容するための燃焼ゾーンを備えるガス化デバイス(1)であって、前記ガス化ゾーン(6)及び前記燃焼ゾーンが、流動媒体の循環を可能にするために、いずれの場合にも絞り又はサイフォンなどのスルース状装置により2箇所で相互接続され、前記ガス化ゾーンが、可燃材料を供給するための送り込み開口部(12)と、ガス排出口と、特に蒸気又はCO2を噴射するためのノズル底部(9)とを備え、前記燃焼ゾーンが、前記ガス化ゾーン(6)から前記燃焼ゾーンに入ってくる前記流動媒体を流動化するための空気送り込み口を備える、ガス化デバイス(1)において、請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載の搬送デバイス(4)が、前記送り込み開口部(12)に接続され、前記搬送デバイス(4)が、好ましくは、前記静止層(7)の中又はその上に前記燃料を搬送するように配置されることを特徴とする、ガス化デバイス(1)。
