Claims (4)
- 補正ボーラスを必要とすることなしに、患者のbGレベルをターゲットbG値に関して増やすことができる量を示す補正食事上昇値を決定する方法であって、
作用時間内に生成された複数のアクティブなアドバイスヒストリーレコードを、1つまたは2つ以上のプロセッサを有する医療用装置において取得し、
直近のアドバイスヒストリーレコードを医療用装置において選択し、
前記アドバイスヒストリーレコードが、i)軽食サイズよりも多い食事を摂取する患者に対応するイベント、ii)食事ボーラス量に対応するイベント、およびiii)実際にインスリンが患者に投与されたことを確認する患者またはインスリンポンプに対応するイベントを含むかどうか判定するために、医療用装置において、選択されたアドバイスヒストリーレコードを分析し、
前記状態i)、ii)およびiii)の1つまたは2つ以上が満たされない場合、次の直近のアドバイスヒストリーレコードを医療用装置において選択し、選択されたアドバイスヒストリーレコードを分析する工程を繰り返し、
前記状態i)、ii)およびiii)のすべてが満たされる場合、
前記選択されたアドバイスヒストリーレコードが生成されてから経過した時間量を前記医療用装置において判定し、
前記経過した時間量が前記選択されたアドバイスヒストリーレコードに規定されたオフセット時間よりも少ないかどうかを前記医療用装置において判定し、
前記経過した時間量が前記オフセット時間よりも少ない場合、食事上昇値の全量に等しい補正食事上昇値を設定し、
前記経過した時間量が前記オフセット時間よりも多い場合、調整された食事上昇値に等しい補正食事上昇値を設定し、
上記した状態i)、ii)およびiii)を満たすレコードが識別されない場合、医療用装置において補正食事上昇値をゼロに設定する
ことを含む方法。 - 前記食事上昇値が作用形状において規定される請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記Acting_Timeおよび前記Offset_Timeの値が、前記選択されたアドバイスヒストリーレコード内に規定される請求項3記載の方法。
