− 電流制限を有する少なくとも2つのDC/DC変換器であって、各変換器は、
・変換器の出力電圧の設定値を受信するための入力と、
・各蓄積要素の端子に接続される入力と、

− 制御モジュールであって、
・入力に接続された要素のそれぞれの残留充電量を判定し、
・最高の残留充電量を有する要素に接続された変換器に対して、より高い電圧設定値を適用する制御モジュールとを備えている。
− 本明細書で上記して定義した充電量平衡装置と、
− 電力蓄積装置であって、複数の電力蓄積要素を含み、これらの蓄電要素は、充電量平衡装置の各変換器に接続されている電力蓄積装置と、
− 充電量平衡装置の出力に接続され、蓄積装置の端子における電圧を下回るレベルに調整された電圧を有する電気ネットワークとを備えている。
− 平衡装置によってネットワークに対して供給される電流の測定値を取得し、
− 取得した電流の測定値に従って、各蓄積要素の残留充電量を推定する
ようになっている。

変換器301は、その電流I1をI1maxとする。電圧設定値V4は、V1よりも低い値であるので、変換器304は、相補値の電流I4を供給し、Iaux=I1max+I4となる。他の変換器の電圧設定値は、電圧Vauxより低い値であるので、これら他の変換器は、電流Iauxに寄与しない。

Claims (15)
- 直列接続された複数の電力蓄積要素(Et1,...,Etk)を含む電力蓄積装置(2)の充電量平衡装置(3)であって、
− 電流制限値を有する少なくとも2つのDC/DC変換器(30i)と制御モジュール(4)とを備えており、
前記各変換器は、
・該変換器から出力電圧の設定値(vi)を受信するための入力と、
・対応する前記蓄積要素(Eti)の端子に接続される入力と、
・当該変換器の出力を制御する調整回路(310 i )と、
・前記電力蓄積装置(2)の端子における電圧を下回るレベルに調整された電圧(Vaux)を有する電気ネットワークに接続される出力とを有し、
前記制御モジュール(4)は、
・前記入力に接続されている前記蓄積要素(Eti)のそれぞれの残留充電量を判定し、
・該残留充電量に応じて、高さの異なる電圧設定値(vi)を前記各変換器に割り当て、
・最高の前記残留充電量を有する前記蓄積要素に接続されている前記変換器に対して、より高い前記電圧設定値(vi)を適用する機能を有し、
前記各調整回路は、
当該変換器に割り当てられた前記電圧設定値(vi)と前記電気ネットワークの電圧(Vaux)とを比較し、前記電圧設定値(vi)が前記電気ネットワークの電圧(Vaux)以上である場合には、前記電流制限値の範囲内で当該変換器から前記電気ネットワークへ電流を供給し、前記電圧設定値(vi)が前記電気ネットワークの電圧(Vaux)未満である場合には、当該変換器から前記電気ネットワークへ電流を供給しないように構成されており、
前記充電量平衡装置は、
前記電気ネットワークによって要求される電流Iauxが、前記高い電圧設定値の適用された1つ若しくは複数の前記変換器の前記電流制限値の合計よりも低い場合、該1つ若しくは複数の前記変換器が前記電流Iauxの全てを供給して前記電気ネットワークの前記調整された電圧(Vaux)とし、
前記要求される電流Iauxの増大に伴い前記電圧設定値(vi)のより低い他の前記変換器も前記電流Iauxに寄与し、より低い前記調整された電圧(Vaux)とするように構成されていることを特徴とする充電量平衡装置(3)。 - 前記各変換器は、その出力における電流のセンサ(301)、およびその出力における電圧のセンサ(302)と、DC/DC変換回路(303)とを含んでおり、
前記電流のセンサ(301)及び電圧のセンサ(302)の出力が、前記調整回路(310 i )に入力されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の充電量平衡装置(3)。 - 前記各変換器(30i)の前記調整回路(310 i )は、該各変換器(30i)の出力に印加される前記電圧(Vs i )を調整するための調整ループを備え、該調整ループは、前記変換器によってその出力から供給される電流に比例して前記電圧設定値を低下させることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の充電量平衡装置(3)。
- 前記制御モジュール(4)は、少なくとも2つの前記変換器(301、304)に対して、同一の前記電圧設定値を適用するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の充電量平衡装置(3)。
- 前記制御モジュール(4)は、前記各変換器に対して、その判定された前記残留充電量に比例した前記電圧設定値を生成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の充電量平衡装置(3)。
- 前記制御モジュール(4)は、同一の電圧増分で階段状に変化する前記電圧設定値を生成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の充電量平衡装置(3)。
- 前記制御モジュール(4)による前記電圧設定値の割り当てに対する階層は、判定された前記残留充電量の階層に対応していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の充電量平衡装置(3)。
- 前記変換器の前記DC/DC変換回路は、変成器(TPM)を含み、該変成器(TPM)の1次巻線(EP)は、前記制御モジュール(4)によってパルス幅変調で制御される4つのスイッチ間のブリッジとして接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の充電量平衡装置(3)。
- 前記変成器(TPM)は、中性点変成器(mid−point transformer)であり、前記変成器(TPM)の2次巻線(ES)は、前記制御モジュール(4)によって制御される2つのスイッチの間に接続されており、前記2次巻線(ES)は、前記変換器の出力に接続された中性点を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の充電量平衡装置(3)。
- − 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の前記充電量平衡装置(3)と、
− 前記電力蓄積装置(2)であって、複数の電力蓄電要素を含み、これらの蓄電要素は、前記充電量平衡装置(3)のそれぞれの前記変換器に接続されている前記電力蓄積装置(2)と、
− 前記充電量平衡装置の出力に接続され、前記電力蓄積装置(2)の端子における電圧を下回るレベルに調整された電圧を有する、電気ネットワーク(6)とを備えていることを特徴とする電力システム(1)。 - 前記電圧設定値(vi)は、前記ネットワーク(6)の制御電圧の範囲の中に含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電力システム(1)。
- 前記制御モジュール(4)は、
− 前記充電量平衡装置(3)によって前記ネットワーク(6)に対して供給される電流の測定値を取得し、
− 取得した前記測定値に従って、前記各蓄積要素(Eti)の前記残留充電量を推定するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の電力システム(1)。 - 前記電力蓄積装置(2)は、電気化学アキュムレータを有する電力用電池であることを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の電力システム(1)。
- 前記電力用電池の公称電圧は、前記ネットワーク(6)の公称調節電圧よりも少なくとも6倍高いことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電力システム(1)。
- 請求項13〜14のいずれか1項に記載の前記電力システムを含み、前記ネットワーク(6)は、周辺機器に電力を供給するための補助ネットワークであり、前記補助ネットワークの調整電圧は、10.5〜14Vの範囲にあることを特徴とする電動車両。
