Claims (7)
- センサゲージを含むセンサモジュールと、
前記センサモジュールに結合された接続基板と、
クランク形状に折り曲げられることによって形成された段付き部を含むばねであって、一端が前記接続基板に電気的に接続され、縦方向の中間に設けられた前記段付き部により両端が異なる直線上に配置されたばねと、
前記センサモジュール、前記接続基板、及び前記ばねを収納するためのハウジングを含み、
前記ばねの前記段付き部より下方の下部を着座させる下部ばねホルダと、
前記ばねの前記段付き部より上方の上部を収容し、前記ばねの外側を支持するために前記下部ばねホルダに結合された上部ばねホルダと
を更に含む圧力センサ。 - 複数のばねが設けられ、前記複数のばねの同一の位置に段付き部が形成された請求項1の圧力センサ。
- 前記ハウジングは、
前記ばね及び前記接続基板を収容するための内側フレームと、
前記内側フレームを収容するためのカバーフレームと
を含む請求項1の圧力センサ。 - 前記ばねに取り付けられる遮断部材を更に含み、
前記遮断部材は、前記ばねに沿って異物が侵入する経路を遮断するために設けられ、下部ばねホルダと上部ばねホルダとの間に介在する請求項1の圧力センサ。 - 前記遮断部材は、前記ばねが貫通することができるように設けられる請求項4の圧力センサ。
- 前記遮断部材は、複数の前記ばねに同時に設けられた単一部材である請求項4に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記上部ばねホルダは、前記上部ばねホルダの下端に締結用の締結フックを含み、
前記ハウジングは、前記上部ばねホルダの前記締結フックが締結される締結部を含む請求項1の圧力センサ。
