Description
この筐体1は、図示されない水冷用の冷却水の流路または空冷用のフィンによって放熱機能を付与されたダイキャスト製の部材で、上面がインダクタ3の載置面1aとなっている。
先ず、図4に示すように、下部に空冷用のフィン1bが形成された放熱構造物(筐体)1の載置面1aに、図1および図2に示したものと同様の構成を有するインダクタ3であって金属板7としてアルミニウム板を用いた本発明の実施例を実装した場合と、上記金属板7を取り付けていない従来例を実装した場合の上下部コア4、5における温度差を計測した。

Claims (4)
- コイルと、このコイルの外周を囲繞して閉磁路を形成する一対の上下部コアとを有し、上記下部コアの底面が放熱機能を有する筐体に載置される巻線部品において、
上記上下部コアの外周面のうちの上記下部コアの外側面のみに、上記下部コアよりも熱伝導率の高い金属板を取り付けたことを特徴とする巻線部品。 - 上記上下部コアは、E型コアであり、上記下部コアの外足の外側面に上記金属板が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻線部品。
- 上記金属板は、シリコン系の接着剤によって上記下部コアの外側面に貼着されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の巻線部品。
- 上記上下部コアは、フェライトコアであり、かつ上記金属板は、銅板またはアルミニウム板であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の巻線部品。
