Description
反応器の長さ方向の適当な場所、必須ではないが通常は反応器の下部に、反応器内に新たな、使用済みの、もしくは再活性化した触媒を導入するための供給口が設けられている。
分離されたガソリンおよびディーゼル沸点範囲物質の少なくとも一つを、さらに化学的および/または触媒を用いて高品位化する。
分離されたガソリン沸点範囲留分を、触媒によるガソリン高品位化条件下で触媒を用いて高品位して、高品位化ガソリン生成物を形成する。
分離されたディーゼル沸点範囲留分を処理して、超低硫黄ディーゼル生成物を製造する。
分離されたディーゼル沸点範囲留分から超低硫黄ディーゼル生成物を製造するために、分離されたディーゼル沸点範囲留分を超低硫黄ディーゼル用トリクルベッド反応器内で処理する。この時、超低硫黄ディーゼル用トリクルベッド反応器内での処理によって、粗超低硫黄ディーゼルと数種の残渣ガソリンを含む生成物ストリームが生じるので、少なくとも一部の残渣ガソリンを超低硫黄ディーゼルからさらに分離する。
水素化処理生成物にガスおよび水成分が含まれているので、それらを分離する。
ガソリン沸点範囲留分とガス留分とを水素化処理生成物から一緒に分離し、触媒によるガソリン高品位化条件下で触媒を用いて高品位して、触媒高品位化ガソリンとガス成分とを含む触媒高品位化ガソリン生成物を得て、さらに触媒高品位化ガソリンからガス生成物を分離する。
他のガス成分を分離する前に、まず水素を触媒高品位化ガソリン生成物から分離する。
触媒高品位化ガソリンからガス生成物を分離するために、高品位化ガソリンを効率的に吸収する吸着床によって触媒高品位化ガソリン生成物を処理する。
触媒高品位化ガソリンからガス生成物を分離するために、炭化水素吸着器によって触媒高品位化ガソリン生成物を処理して、ガス流出ストリームと富ガソリンストリームとを生成する。
水素化処理において、さらに、チャーおよび粒子非含有水素化熱分解生成物を、水素化転化反応条件下で水素化転化触媒を用いて水素化転化反応器内で水素化転化して、ガソリンおよびディーゼル沸点範囲成分を含む脱酸素炭化水素生成物を得る。
分離したディーゼル沸点範囲成分の少なくとも一部をチャーおよび粒子非含有水素化熱分解生成物に加える。および
分離したディーゼル沸点範囲成分の少なくとも一部を熱分解反応器内に再循環させる。
図1は、本発明の方法の比較的簡単な例を示した模式的フロー図である。以下に述べる模式的フロー図に関する説明においては、特に断らない限り、同種のストリームや構成要素は後述のフロー図で特に言及しないものも含めて、同じ下2桁の数字を持つ参照番号で示す。ただし、番号の最高位の桁の数字は各図でそれぞれ独立して異なるものとする。
Claims (17)
- バイオマスから炭化水素燃料を製造する方法であって、以下の工程
(a)水素化処理反応条件下で、バイオマスを水素化処理して、(i)非凝縮性蒸気を含むガス混合物、(ii)ガソリンおよびディーゼル沸点範囲留分を含有する脱酸素炭化水素生成物、および(iii)水留分を含んでなる水素化処理生成物を形成する工程であって、前記水素化処理が
水素化熱分解反応条件下で、水素分子および脱酸素水素付加触媒を含む反応器中で、バイオマスを水素化熱分解して、チャーおよび蒸気を含んでなる脱酸素炭化水素熱分解生成物を生成し、
実質的にすべての前記チャーおよび粒子を前記脱酸素水素化熱分解炭化水素生成物から分離して、チャーおよび非凝縮性蒸気を含むガス混合物を含む粒子実質非含有水素化熱分解生成物を製造する
ことを含んでなる工程、
(b)前記水素化処理生成物から前記非凝縮性蒸気を含むガス混合物を分離し、前記ガス混合物からH2S除去するための容器に送る工程、
(c)ガソリンおよびディーゼル沸点範囲留分のそれぞれを前記水素化処理生成物の前記水留分からおよび互いから分離し、分離されたガソリン沸点範囲留分および分離されたディーゼル沸点範囲留分を提供する工程、および
(d)分離されたガソリンおよびディーゼル沸点範囲留分を高品位化する工程、を含んでなり、
前記工程(d)において、分離されたディーゼル沸点範囲留分を超低硫黄ディーゼル用トリクルベッド反応器内で処理して超低硫黄ディーゼル生成物を製造する方法。 - 工程(c)において、触媒ガソリン高品位化条件下で、分離されたガソリン沸点範囲留分を、触媒を用いて高品位化して高品位化ガソリン生成物を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 超低硫黄ディーゼル用トリクルベッド反応器によって、主として超低硫黄ディーゼル生成物および残存ガソリンを含んでなる生成物ストリームを生成する方法であって、その方法が前記残存ガソリンの少なくとも一部を前記超低硫黄ディーゼル生成物から分離する工程、をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガソリン沸点範囲留分および非凝縮性蒸気を含むガス混合物を、共に前記水素化処理生成物の水留分から分離し、工程(d)において触媒ガソリン高品位化条件下で、触媒を用いて高品位化して、触媒高品位化ガソリンおよびガス留分を含んでなる触媒ガソリン高品位化生成物を形成し、さらに、前記触媒高品位化ガソリンからガス生成物を分離することを含んでなる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記触媒ガソリン高品位化生成物から、他のガス成分の分離に先だって、水素を分離することを含んでなる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒高品位化ガソリンからのガス生成物の分離が、触媒高品位化ガソリンを有効に吸着する吸着床によって前記触媒ガソリン高品位化生成物を処理することを含んでなる、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒高品位化ガソリンからのガス生成物の分離が、ガス流出ストリームおよび富ガソリンストリームを生成する炭化水素吸着器で前記触媒ガソリン高品位化生成物を処理することを含んでなる、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化処理が、さらに、
前記チャーおよび粒子実質非含有水素化熱分解生成物を、水素化転化反応条件下で、別の水素化転化反応器中で、水素化転化触媒を用いて水素化転化させ、(i)非凝縮性蒸気を含むガス混合物、(ii)ガソリンおよびディーゼル沸点範囲留分、および(iii)水留分を含んでなる水素化処理生成物を製造すること
を含んでなる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 分離されたディーゼル沸点範囲留分の少なくとも一部が、チャーおよび粒子実質非含有水素化熱分解生成物に加えられる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 分離されたディーゼル沸点範囲成分の少なくとも一部が反応器に再循環させられる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 反応器中で消耗され、または分解された触媒を、反応器に設けられた供給口を通して交換することをさらに含んでなる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応器が水素化熱分解および水素化転化反応器を含んでなる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- バイオマスから炭化水素燃料を製造する方法であって、以下の工程
(a)水素分子および脱酸素水素付加触媒を含む水素化熱分解反応容器内でバイオマスを水素化熱分解して、CO2、CO、およびC1−C3ガスを含んでなる熱分解ガス、部分的に脱酸素された水素化熱分解生成物、水およびチャーを含んでなる水素化熱分解および水素化転化生成物を製造する工程、
(b)少なくとも前記部分的に脱酸素された水素化熱分解生成物から実質的にすべてのチャーと粒子を除去して、チャーおよび粒子実質非含有部分的脱酸素水素化熱分解生成物を形成する工程、
(c)前記チャーおよび粒子実質非含有部分的脱酸素水素化熱分解生成物を、別の水素化転化反応容器内で、水素化熱分解ガスの存在下で、水素化転化触媒を用いて水素化転化して、ガソリンおよびディーゼル沸点範囲留分、CO、CO2、および軽炭化水素ガス(C1からC3)を含んでなるガス混合物、および水を含んでなる脱酸素炭化水素液を生成する工程、
(d)少なくともひとつの前記水素化熱分解および水素化転化工程で生成した水を用いて、前記ガス混合物の少なくとも一部を水蒸気改質して、改質水素分子を生成する工程、
(e)前記改質水素分子の少なくとも第1部分を前記水素化熱分解反応容器内に導入する工程、
(f)ガソリンおよびディーゼル沸点範囲留分を、それぞれ前記脱酸素炭化水素液および互いから分離し、分離されたガソリン沸点範囲留分および分離されたディーゼル沸点範囲留分を提供する工程、および
(g)分離されたガソリンおよびディーゼル沸点範囲留分を高品化する工程、
を含んでなり、
前記工程(g)において、前記分離されたディーゼル沸点範囲留分を前記改質水素分子の第2部分に接触させることによって、前記分離されたディーゼル沸点範囲留分を処理して超低硫黄ディーゼル生成物を製造する方法。 - 前記ガソリンおよびディーゼル沸点範囲留分を、それぞれ前記脱酸素炭化水素液および互いから分離する工程が、まず、前記ガソリンおよびディーゼル沸点範囲留分を前記脱酸素炭化水素液から分離して、次に、前記ディーゼル沸点範囲留分から前記ガソリン沸点範囲留分を分離することからなる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ガソリン沸点範囲留分および前記ガス混合物を共に分離し、工程(g)において触媒ガソリン高品位化条件のもとで触媒を用いて高品位化して、触媒高品位化ガソリンおよびガス留分を含んでなる触媒ガソリン高品位化生成物を形成し、さらに、前記触媒高品位化ガソリンからガス生成物を分離する、請求項13または14に記載の方法。
- さらに、反応器中で消耗され、または分解された触媒を、水素熱分解反応容器に設けられた供給口を通して交換することを含んでなる、請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)においてH2Sを除去した後、前記ガス混合物の少なくとも一部を水蒸気改質し、改質水素分子を製造する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
