Description
a)少なくとも6個であるが14個以下である炭素原子を有する少なくとも1種の脂肪族カルボン酸、および/または炭素鎖に挿入された酸素ヘテロ原子を有し、炭素ヘテロ原子鎖に6〜26個の原子を有する少なくとも1種のカルボン酸、および/または少なくとも4個であるが18個以下である炭素原子を有する少なくとも1種の脂肪族ホスホン酸、
b)第三級アミノ基を有する少なくとも1つのオキシビス(アルキルアミン)単位を有する少なくとも1種のアミンであって、前記単位のアルキル鎖がそれぞれの場合に4個以下の炭素原子で構成されているアミン
を含んでなる、金属処理および金属加工用水性液に適した防食組成物によって達成される。

c)アルコール中に8〜18個の炭素原子を有し、2〜6個のエチレンオキシド単位および4〜8個のプロピレンオキシド単位を有する脂肪アルコールのエトキシレート/プロポキシレート、および
d)アルコール中に12〜24個の炭素原子を有し、0〜3個のプロピレンオキシド単位を有する脂肪アルコールおよび/または脂肪アルコールプロポキシレート、および/または前記脂肪アルコールの蒸留残留物
からなる乳化剤組成物(II)を含有する界面活性防食水性組成物を含む。
i)a)少なくとも6個であるが14個以下である炭素原子を有する少なくとも1種の脂肪族カルボン酸、および/または炭素鎖に挿入された酸素ヘテロ原子を有し、炭素ヘテロ原子鎖に6〜26個の原子を有する少なくとも1種のカルボン酸、および/または少なくとも4個であるが18個以下である炭素原子を有する少なくとも1種の脂肪族ホスホン酸、
b)第三級アミノ基を有する少なくとも1つのオキシビス(アルキルアミン)単位を有する少なくとも1種のアミンであって、前記単位のアルキル鎖がそれぞれの場合に4個以下の炭素原子で構成されているアミン
からなり、成分a)とb)との重量比が1:0.2〜0.3:1で変化してよい、防食組成物(I)2〜20重量%、
ii)c)アルコール中に8〜18個の炭素原子を有し、2〜6個のエチレンオキシド単位および4〜8個のプロピレンオキシド単位を有する脂肪アルコールのエトキシレート/プロポキシレート、および
d)アルコール中に12〜24個の炭素原子を有し、0〜3個のプロピレンオキシド単位を有する脂肪アルコールおよび/または脂肪アルコールプロポキシレート、および/または前記脂肪アルコールの蒸留残留物
からなり、成分c)とd)との重量比が1:0.3〜0.3:1で変化してよい、乳化剤組成物(II)2〜50重量%、および
iii)油成分(III)5〜50重量%、並びに
任意に更なるアジュバントおよび活性剤(IV)を、成分(I)〜(IV)の和が60〜95重量%となり、残余重量割合が水となるように含有する、含油水混和性エマルション濃厚物に関する。
Claims (7)
- a)少なくとも6個であるが12個以下である炭素原子を有する直鎖モノホスホン酸、または
少なくとも6個であるが12個以下である炭素原子を有する直鎖モノホスホン酸および少なくとも6個であるが14個以下である炭素原子を有する脂肪族カルボン酸、
b)第三級アミノ基を有する少なくとも1つのオキシビス(アルキルアミン)単位を有する少なくとも1種のアミンであって、前記単位のアルキル鎖がそれぞれの場合に4個以下の炭素原子で構成されているアミン
を含んでなる、金属処理用水性液を製造するための防食組成物であって、
成分b)として、下記構造式(1):
自然数であるmおよびnは2である]
で示される少なくとも1種のアミンが含まれており、
構造式(1)で示される少なくとも1種のアミンは、成分b)に従ったアミンの総割合に基づいて少なくとも50重量%の割合で含まれる、
防食組成物。 - 成分b)に従ったアミンの総割合に基づいて少なくとも80重量%の割合の成分b)のアミンが、構造式(1)で示されるアミンから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の防食組成物。
- 成分a)のホスホン酸基、またはホスホン酸基およびカルボン酸基の総量と、成分b)の少なくとも1種のアミンのオキシビス(アルキルアミン)単位とのモル比が、5:1以下であるが1:3以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の防食組成物。
- 金属加工用の水性組成物における、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の防食組成物の使用。
- 水に加えて、
i)請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の防食組成物(I)、
ii)c)アルコール中に8〜18個の炭素原子を有し、2〜6個のエチレンオキシド単位および4〜8個のプロピレンオキシド単位を有する脂肪アルコールのエトキシレート/プロポキシレート、および
d)アルコール中に12〜24個の炭素原子を有し、0〜3個のプロピレンオキシド単位を有する脂肪アルコールおよび/または脂肪アルコールプロポキシレート、および/または前記脂肪アルコールの蒸留残留物
からなる乳化剤組成物(II)
を含有する界面活性防食水性組成物。 - i)a)少なくとも6個であるが12個以下である炭素原子を有する直鎖モノホスホン酸、または
少なくとも6個であるが12個以下である炭素原子を有する直鎖モノホスホン酸および少なくとも6個であるが14個以下である炭素原子を有する脂肪族カルボン酸、
b)第三級アミノ基を有する少なくとも1つのオキシビス(アルキルアミン)単位を有する少なくとも1種のアミンであって、前記単位のアルキル鎖がそれぞれの場合に4個以下の炭素原子で構成されているアミン
を含んでなり、成分a)とb)との重量比が1:0.2〜0.3:1で変化してよい、防食組成物(I)であって、
成分b)として、下記構造式(1):

で示される少なくとも1種のアミンが含まれており、

iii)油成分(III)5〜50重量%、並びに
任意に更なるアジュバントおよび活性剤(IV)を、成分(I)〜(IV)の和が60〜95重量%となり、残余重量割合が水となるように含有する、含油水混和性エマルション濃厚物。 - 油成分(III)は、パラフィン系鉱油、ナフテン系鉱油、12〜20個の炭素原子を有するジアルキルエーテル、エステル油およびそれらの組み合わせから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の含油水混和性エマルション濃厚物。
