Claims (11)
- 複数の画像要素を有するイメージセンサ(6)を備える電子端末ユニット(1.1-1.4)の動作方法であって、
イメージセンサ(6)に入射する電離放射線量値をイメージセンサ(6)を用いて決定するものであり、
a)イメージセンサ(6)の個々の画像要素はそれぞれ周期的に読み出され、
b)直接的に連続している読み出し動作間に、それぞれの画像要素は非動作状態であり放射線を検出しない休止時間が設けられ、
c)個々の画像要素の休止時間が時間的にずらされるよう、イメージセンサ(6)の画像要素が時間をずらして読み出されることを特徴とする動作方法。 - 請求項1に記載の動作方法であって、
a)イメージセンサ(6)の個々の画像要素に関して、関連する画像要素をそれぞれ含んでおり、イメージセンサ(6)の該画像要素に関連する電気出力信号がそれぞれ割り当てられる画像マトリックスを、イメージセンサ(6)によって測定する工程と、
b)画像マトリックスを統計的に評価し、該統計的評価において線量値を計算する工程と
を含み、
前記統計的評価は、
b1)計数マトリックスのカウンタを加算して電離放射線のエネルギー量を表す総計を得る工程、及び/又は
b2)エネルギー量を測定時間で除して線量率を計算する工程
を含むことを特徴とする動作方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の動作方法であって、
測定された線量値及び/又は該測定された線量値から導出される制御信号を、端末装置(1.1-1.4)に配置される送信器を用いて、端末装置(1.1-1.4)から外部監視装置(5)へ送信する工程を含むことを特徴とする動作方法。 - 請求項3に記載の動作方法であって、前記送信器は、
a)ブルートゥース(商品名)モジュール、
b)RFIDトランスポンダ、
c)携帯電話、又は
d)WLANモジュール
であることを特徴とする動作方法。 - 請求項3又は4に記載の動作方法であって、
a)端末装置(1.1-1.4)に内蔵された位置検出センサを用いて、端末装置(1.1-1.4)の地理学的位置を検出する工程と、
b)地理学的位置を端末装置(1.1-1.4)から外部監視装置(5)へ送信する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする動作方法。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一に記載の動作方法であって、
端末装置(1.1-1.4)が基準放射器の放射線を受けて、線量値の計算を較正する工程を含むことを特徴とする動作方法。 - 請求項3〜6のいずれか一に記載の動作方法であって、
前記端末装置(1.1-1.4)が、
a)携帯電話、
b)デジタルカメラ、又は
c)携帯型コンピュータ
であることを特徴とする動作方法。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一に記載の動作方法であって、
前記イメージセンサ(6)がCCDセンサ又はCMOSセンサであることを特徴とする動作方法。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一に記載の動作方法であって、
前記測定された電離放射線は、
a)アルファ線、
b)ベータ線、
c)ガンマ線、
d)紫外線、
e)X線、
f)ミューオン放射線、
g)中性子放射線、
h)陽子放射線
の少なくともいずれか一を含むことを特徴とする動作方法。 - 端末装置(1.1-1.4)であって、
a)複数の画像要素を有するイメージセンサ(6)と、
b)アプリケーションプログラムを記憶するプログラムメモリと、
c)アプリケーションプログラムを実行するプロセッサと、
を備える端末装置(1.1-1.4)であって、
d)プログラムメモリにおいて記憶されたアプリケーションプログラムは、請求項1〜9のいずれか一に記載の動作方法を実行することを特徴とする端末装置。 - 放射線を測定するシステムであって、
a)請求項10に記載の複数の端末装置(1.1-1.4)と、
b)監視装置(5)と、
c)端末装置と監視装置(5)との間のワイヤレス接続装置と、
を備える放射線を測定するシステムであって、
端末装置(1.1-1.4)は、それぞれの端末装置(1.1-1.4)の測定された線量値及び/又は地理学的位置をワイヤレス接続装置を介して監視装置に送信することを特徴とするシステム。
