Claims (9)
- 折畳みおよびシール加工を経て食品用の包装容器へと再形成される、包装積層材のウェブまたはシートであって、
前記包装積層材が、紙または板紙の基材層と、磁化可能インクで形成された少なくとも1つのプリントマークとを有し、
前記磁化可能インクが、磁化可能粒子と、前記磁化可能粒子を分散させ且つ前記包装積層材に対する接着性を保証する結合剤とを有し、
前記磁化可能粒子の寸法が0.1〜2.5μmであり、
前磁化可能インクで形成された前記プリントマークが前記紙または板紙の基材層の表面上にある、
包装積層材のウェブまたはシート。 - 前記結合剤の量が前記磁化可能インクの20〜60重量%である請求項1に記載の積層材のウェブまたはシート。
- 前記磁化可能粒子の量が前記磁化可能インクの15〜40重量%である請求項1に記載の積層材のウェブまたはシート。
- 前記磁化可能粒子の寸法が0.4〜1.5μmである請求項1に記載の積層材のウェブまたはシート。
- 前記磁化可能粒子の寸法が1μmである請求項1に記載の積層材のウェブまたはシート。
- 前記結合剤が、アクリレイト、スチレンアクリルコーポリマーのようなアクリル製品、ポリウレタン、ニトロセルロース、ポリアミドおよびラテックスからなるグループから選択される請求項1に記載の積層材のウェブまたはシート。
- 前記包装積層材が、少なくとも1つの金属箔層を含む請求項1に記載の積層材のウェブまたはシート。
- 前記包装積層材は、該包装積層材が前記包装容器へ再形成された後に前記包装容器の外部に面するようになっている外面プリントを含み、
前記外面プリントが、プリント装飾または製品情報を有し、また
前記磁化可能インクで形成された前記プリントマークは、前記外面プリントと干渉しないように前記紙または板紙の基材層の前記表面上に付与される
請求項1に記載の積層材のウェブまたはシート。 - 前記包装積層材は、該包装積層材が前記包装容器へ再形成された後に前記包装容器の外部に面するようになっている外面プリントを含み、前記紙または板紙の基材層が、前記外面プリントから離れる方向を向いた内面を有し、前記内面は、前記包装積層材が前記包装容器へ再形成された後に前記食品を収容する前記包装容器の内部に面するようになっており、前記磁化可能インクで形成された前記プリントマークが、前記紙または板紙の基材層の前記内面に直接付与される
