Description
Claims (4)
- 荷電粒子を加速して荷電粒子線を出射する加速器と、
前記荷電粒子線を被照射体へ照射する照射部と、
前記加速器から出射された前記荷電粒子線を前記照射部へ輸送するビーム輸送ラインと、
前記照射部内に設けられて前記荷電粒子線の第1の線量を測定する第1の線量測定部と、
前記ビーム輸送ラインに設けられて前記荷電粒子線の第2の線量を測定する第2の線量測定部と、を備え、
前記第2の線量測定部の応答周波数は、前記第1の線量測定部の応答周波数よりも高い、荷電粒子線治療装置。 - 前記第1の線量測定部、及び前記第2の線量測定部は、
ガスが充填された空間内で対向する一対の電極と、
前記一対の電極間で発生する電流を測定する測定部と、を備え、
前記第1の線量測定部における前記一対の電極間の距離は、前記第2の線量測定部における前記一対の電極間の距離よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の荷電粒子線治療装置。 - 前記第1の線量測定部で測定されたデータのうち、予め定められた設定周波数よりも高い周波数に係るデータをカットするローパスフィルタと、
前記第2の線量測定部で測定されたデータのうち、予め定められた設定周波数よりも低い周波数に係るデータをカットするハイパスフィルタと、
前記ローパスフィルタから出力された信号と、前記ハイパスフィルタから出力された信号とを足し合わせた合成信号に基づいて、前記加速器にイオンを供給するイオン源の動作を制御するイオン源制御部と、を更に備える、請求項1又は2に記載の荷電粒子線治療装置。 - 前記ビーム輸送ラインに設けられ、前記荷電粒子線のエネルギーを調整するエネルギー調整部を更に備え、
前記第2の線量測定部は、前記エネルギー調整部よりも上流側に設けられる、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の荷電粒子線治療装置。
