Claims (7)
- 充填製品によって充填され、かつ、閉鎖された複数の容器(2)の低温殺菌のための低温殺菌装置であって、搬送方向(A)において該搬送方向に互いに連続する複数の領域を通って前記容器(2)を移動させるための当該低温殺菌装置内部の搬送要素を有し、前記領域内では液体状の処理媒体によって容器が異なる処理温度に曝され、該処理温度(10)が、複数の予熱領域を形成する複数の領域の1つのグループにおいて領域から領域へと前記搬送方向(A)において段階的に上昇し、低温殺菌領域として形成される少なくとも1つの後続の領域において低温殺菌温度に相当し、冷却領域としての役割を担う複数の領域の別の1つのグループにおいて領域から領域へと前記搬送方向(A)において段階的に低下し、前記低温殺菌装置内部の搬送要素の搬送速度が変更可能である前記低温殺菌装置において、
前記低温殺菌装置内部の搬送要素の前記搬送速度及び前記処理温度が、連続的に開ループ制御可能又は閉ループ制御可能であり、前記搬送速度の上昇時に、予熱領域としての役割を担う複数の領域の数がこの領域における処理温度が同時に上昇しつつ減少し、かつ、低温殺菌領域としての役割を担う複数の領域の数が増大するよう、及び前記搬送速度の低下時に、予熱領域としての役割を担う複数の領域の数が、前記処理温度が部分的に低下しつつ増大し、かつ、低温殺菌領域として作用する複数の領域の数が減少するよう、温度制御がなされるように構成されていることを特徴とする低温殺菌装置。 - 少なくともいくつかの前記領域の前記処理温度及び/又は前記領域の温度経過も、前記低温殺菌装置内部の搬送要素の搬送速度の変化に合わせて、搬送速度の変化にもかかわらず低温殺菌条件の変更を行わないよう連続的に変更可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の低温殺菌装置。
- 前記低温殺菌装置内部の搬送要素の搬送速度を定格搬送速度の0〜130%で開ループ制御可能又は閉ループ制御可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の低温殺菌装置。
- 前記低温殺菌装置内部の搬送要素の搬送速度を定格搬送速度の20〜120%で開ループ制御可能又は閉ループ制御可能であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の低温殺菌装置。
- 当該低温殺菌装置が、前記容器(2)の充填、閉鎖と、前記容器(2)への装飾の貼付とのための設備(1)の一部であること、及び前記搬送要素の搬送速度の閉ループ制御又は開ループ制御が、前記設備(1)において当該低温殺菌装置(6)に先行する充填機械及び/又は閉鎖機械(5)の動作状態に依存して設備制御部(9)によってなされることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の低温殺菌装置。
- 前記搬送速度の変化にもかかわらず、冷却領域として機能する複数の領域の数が一定に維持されるよう温度制御部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の低温殺菌装置。
- 冷却領域として作用する複数の領域において、前記容器(2)へもたらされる前記処理媒体の処理温度及び/又は量の適合が前記搬送速度と、当該低温殺菌装置(6)の出口における前記容器(2)の必要な温度とを考慮してなされるよう温度制御部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の低温殺菌装置。
