Description
前述した実施形態では、センサ31及び32は、マイクロスイッチであるとしている。センサ31及び32は、回転子としての回転筒状部材26の所定量の移動を検知できるものであればマイクロスイッチでなくてもよい。例えば、センサ31及び32は、リニアエンコーダであってもよい。この他、センサ31及び32は、回転筒状部材26と支持部材22との接触力の押圧力を検知するひずみゲージや圧力センサであってもよい。
Claims (5)
- 細長形状の挿入部と、
前記挿入部の外周面に長手軸周りに回転可能に設けられた回転筐体と、
前記挿入部の内部に設けられ、前記回転筐体を回転させるモータに接続されて該モータの回転を伝達する駆動シャフトと、
前記駆動シャフトの先端側に前記挿入部の軸方向に前記回転筐体に対して移動可能に設けられ、前記挿入部の被覆を介して前記回転筐体に回転を伝達する回転子と、
前記回転子が挿入部に対し軸方向の前進方向又は後退方向に所定量の移動をしたことを検知するセンサと、
前記センサによる検知に応じて、前記モータの正回転、逆回転及び回転停止の状態を制御する制御部と、
を具備する挿入装置。 - 前記制御部は、短時間で複数回の前記回転子の移動検知したときには、前記センサによって前記回転子の移動を検知した状態が維持されている場合よりも前記モータを高速で回させるように制御する請求項1記載の挿入装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記センサによって前記回転子のスライドを検知した状態が所定時間以下である場合には前記モータの状態を変化させないように制御する請求項1に記載の挿入装置。
- 前記センサは、さらに、前記回転子の前記前進方向又は後退方向の移動量を検知し、
前記制御部は、前記センサによって検知された移動量に応じて前記モータの回転速度を変化させるように制御する請求項1に記載の挿入装置。 - 操作者によって操作され、操作されたときに前記モータの回転指令を与える操作部をさらに具備し、
前記制御部は、前記操作部が操作されたときの前記モータの回転速度よりも、前記センサによって前記回転子が挿入部に対し軸方向の前進方向又は後退方向に所定量の移動をしたことが検知された時の前記モータの回転速度を遅くするように制御する請求項1に記載の挿入装置。
