Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 細長形状の挿入部と、回転駆動されて前記挿入部を進退させる自走機構と、前記自走機構に駆動力を供給するモータとを有する挿入装置の制御装置であって、
前記モータを駆動するための駆動電流値を検出する駆動電流検出部と、
前記駆動電流値が所定の切り替え値以上になるまでは前記モータの回転速度が目標回転速度になるように前記モータを制御する速度制御方式で前記モータを制御し、前記駆動電流値が前記切り替え値以上になったときに前記駆動電流値が目標電流値になるように前記モータを制御するトルク制御方式に切り替えて前記モータを制御する制御部と、
を具備する制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記駆動電流値が前記切り替え値よりも大きな電流値であるトルクリミット値になったときに前記モータを停止させるように制御する請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記目標電流値は、前記切り替え値よりも大きく、かつ、前記トルクリミット値よりも小さい請求項2に記載の制御装置。
- 前記目標回転速度及び前記目標電流値を指定するための操作部をさらに具備し、
前記制御部は、前記トルク制御方式に切り替えた後、前記操作部の操作量が第1の所定値以下となったとき又は前記モータの回転速度が第2の所定値以上となったときに前記速度制御方式に切り替えて前記モータを制御する請求項1に記載の制御装置。 - 細長形状の挿入部と、
回転駆動されて前記挿入部を進退させる自走機構と、
前記自走機構に駆動力を供給するモータと、
前記モータを駆動するための駆動電流値を検出する駆動電流検出部と、
前記駆動電流値が所定の切り替え値以上になるまでは前記モータの回転速度が目標回転速度になるように前記モータを制御する速度制御方式で前記モータを制御し、前記駆動電流値が前記切り替え値以上になったときに前記駆動電流値が目標電流値になるように前記モータを制御するトルク制御方式に切り替えて前記モータを制御する制御部と、
を具備する挿入装置。
