Claims (14)
- セパレータ(5)に連通する流入配管(3)と、透過液出口配管(19)および濃縮液出口配管(17)を有する濾過設備(18)への入口配管(16)を介して連通する、前記セパレータ(5)から出ていく流出配管(10)とを有する、汚染された排水を処理する設備において、
透過液を返送するために前記透過液出口配管(19)が前記流入配管(3)と制御可能につながれていて、
前記流出配管(10)と前記入口配管(16)の間に作業容器(11)が配置されており、前記透過液出口配管(19)は前記作業容器(11)と接続されていて、
前記作業容器(11)は返送配管(13)を介して前記流入配管(3)と接続されていることを特徴とする設備。 - 前記返送配管(13)には返送遮蔽弁(12)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の設備。
- 前記濾過設備(18)の前記透過液出口配管(19)は重金属についての分析装置(22)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の設備。
- 前記透過液出口配管(19)から前記分析装置(22)の下流側で分岐部(24)において、帰還流案内弁(25)により調節されて前記作業容器(11)に連通する帰還流配管(26)が分岐していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の設備。
- 前記透過液出口配管(19)は前記帰還流配管(26)の前記分岐部(24)の下流側に透過液流出弁(20)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の設備。
- 前記流入配管(3)に沈殿剤配管(14)が連通していることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 前記セパレータ(5)は、スラッジやオイルを排水から析出するための3相セパレータであることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 前記濾過設備(18)は超濾過設備であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 流入配管(3)を有するセパレータ(5)を貫流させながら汚染された排水を処理する方法であって、排水から分離して取り出された水が該セパレータから流出配管(10)に出て、作業容器(11)を介して、この水が引き続き濾過設備(18)へ供給されて、その中で、濃縮液出口配管(17)に排出される濃縮液と、透過液出口配管(19)に排出される透過液への水の分離が行われる、そのような方法において、
透過液を、前記作業容器(11)を介して、前記セパレータ(5)の前記流入配管(3)へ返送可能であることを特徴とする方法。 - 導出される透過液は分析装置(22)により、重金属についての限界値の有無に関して監視されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 透過液は限界値を超過したときに前記セパレータ(5)への前記流入配管(3)へ返送され、それと同時に前記セパレータ(5)に沈殿剤が供給されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 沈殿剤は沈殿剤配管(14)によって前記流入配管(3)への前記返送配管(13)の連通部の場所的に近傍で同じく前記流入配管(3)へ導入され、前記セパレータ(5)への別の流入配管(3)が透過液と沈殿剤の反応区間としての役目を果たすことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 沈殿剤の調量は、重金属の濃度および透過液のpH値に依存して行われることを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記セパレータ(5)で重金属がスラッジとして透過液から分離されることを特徴とする、請求項10から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
