Description
Claims (6)
- 重ね合わせたフィルムの外周縁を接合して、外周縁に接合部を形成したケーシング内部に発電要素を収容する第1の封止プロセスと、
前記ケーシングの外周縁の接合部と発電要素との間の部位にガス抜き孔を形成するガス抜き孔形成プロセスと、
前記ガス抜き孔を通して前記ケーシング内部のガスをケーシング外部へ排出するガス抜きプロセスと、
前記ガス抜き孔を封止する第2の封止プロセスと、を有する二次電池の製造方法における前記ガス抜き孔形成プロセスであって、
前記ケーシングのガス抜き孔が形成される部位を含む領域を、前記発電要素から距離を置いた位置から前記発電要素に接近する方向に向かって順次、重ね合わされた前記フィルムが互いに密着するように前記ケ一シング表面の両側から押圧すると共に、前記発電要素に接近するに連れて押圧力が低下するように押圧した後に、前記押圧した領域に前記ガス抜き孔を形成することを特徴とするガス抜き孔形成プロセス。 - 前記ガス抜き孔形成プロセスは、前記ケーシング表面の前記ガス抜き孔を形成する部位を含む領域の一方側表面を拘束パッドで支持し、他方側表面の前記発電要素から遠い側にローラを押し当てて前記押圧力を付与し、前記ローラを前記発電要素側に近い側に向かって転動させつつ、前記押圧力を前記発電要素に接近するに連れて低下させる、請求項1に記載のガス抜き孔形成プロセス。
- 前記ガス抜き孔形成プロセスは、前記ケーシングの前記発電要素から遠い部分の両表面を一対のローラにより挟んで前記押圧力を付与し、前記一対のローラを前記発電要素側に近い側に向かって転動させつつ、前記押圧力を前記発電要素に接近するに連れて低下させる、請求項1に記載のガス抜き孔形成プロセス。
- 重ね合わせたフィルムの外周縁を接合して、外周縁に接合部を形成したケーシング内部に発電要素を収容する第1の封止プロセスと、
前記ケーシングの外周縁の接合部と発電要素との間の部位にガス抜き孔を形成するガス抜き孔形成プロセスと、
前記ガス抜き孔を通して前記ケーシング内部のガスをケーシング外部へ排出するガス抜きプロセスと、
前記ガス抜き孔を封止する第2の封止プロセスと、を実行する二次電池の製造装置の前記ガス抜き孔形成プロセスに適用されるガス抜き孔の形成装置であって、
前記ケーシングのガス抜き孔が形成される部位を含む領域を、前記発電要素から距離を置いた位置から前記発電要素に接近する方向に向かって順次、重ね合わされた前記フィルムが互いに密着するように前記ケーシング表面の両側から押圧すると共に、前記発電要素に接近するに連れて押圧力が低下するように押圧する押圧装置と、前記押圧した領域に前記ガス抜き孔を形成するカッタとを備えることを特徴とするガス抜き孔の形成装置。 - 前記押圧装置は、前記ケーシング表面の前記ガス抜き孔を形成する部位を含む領域の一方側表面を支持する拘束パッドと、前記発電要素から遠い側から前記発電要素に近い側に向かって転動しながら前記ケーシングの他方側表面に押圧力を付与するローラとを備え、当該ローラの前記押圧力を前記発電要素に接近するに連れて低下させる請求項4に記載のガス抜き孔の形成装置。
- 前記押圧装置は、前記ケーシング両表面から当該ケーシングを挟んで押圧力を付与しながら、前記発電要素から遠い側から前記発電要素に近い側に向かって転動する一対のローラを備え、当該ローラの前記押圧力を前記発電要素に接近するに連れて低下させる、請求項4に記載のガス抜き孔の形成装置。
